« A historic building just off the square, this beautiful B & B never fails. The owner, Ruth, goes out of her way to make sure that you have a comfortable stay, bathed in luxury and quality. places like this are few and far between these days. Superb! »

« A lovely location with lovely grounds which are being worked on to make them even better.
The staff were very welcoming and friendly.
Breakfast was great.
Happy to recommend and would stay again. »

« The room was clean and fresh with tea and coffee making facilities plus complimentary water which was very welcome as it was a hot day when we arrived. There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms but it was possible to open the window.
The breakfast choice wasn't huge but perfectly adequate with bread and cereals and a freshly cooked hot course of our choice.
Overall a really comfortable stay with a very friendly and helpful host. »

« The room we had was super charming and had everything we could possibly need. I got the best night’s sleep of my entire trip while we were there. I would most definitely stay there again if I were in the area again. »

« Stayed one night at the Shrewsbury rooms from start to finish everything was great we stayed in room one on ground floor well the decor the cleanliness everything was lovely would definitely stay here again.
Nice little touch of takeaway cups if you want to leave with a coffee lived this.
Only thing is the pillows where a little to firm for me. But bed was comfy shower was great
