A great weekend, right on the water!

We hosted a wonderful family reunion at this lake Conroe home in April sound. We rented a boat and it was great to be able to tie up at the dock right in front of the house.The house is a little older, but generally well maintained. There are LOTS of stairs… The only caveat is the 5th sleeping area is just an extension of the breakfast room, not a real bedroom.Overall, had a fantastic weekend and will likely return in the future

Overall great visit

Property owner/manager was very helpful and responsive, willing to work with renters. We had a great visit and great time. Home has ample space and most everything you could need with kitchen supplies. Great location and right next to a public marina.

We had a large group and found the house and amenities to be first rate. We had great sleeping arrangements with beautiful views on the lake. The game room was fun but the outside area was the best.

Not bad but pictures are deceiving

The house is nice and roomy for a large group. Beds are very comfortable. Location is peaceful. The AC is very good for a home this big. The house and furniture are much older and dated than the pictures show. The deck and back porch were very dirty and deck has several bad boards that you can’t see with the carpet. The shower drain in the main bedroom had hair in it The second main bedroom shower/tub would fill and take 30 minutes to drain. The oven does not seal properly so does not heat correctly. We did make it work and had fun but everything is broken in the game room. The TVs would not hook to streaming services and no cable. The pool was not on when we arrived and the timer was disabled so had to turn it on and off ourselves. We had to add water every day. Each item is little but just lots of small things.

Great location, very nice house

The location and house were amazing. Lots of towels , outdoor games and the kitchen was well stocked. The only drawbacks were the pool which felt like the heater was on and the stairs inside and out were so high it was awkward and most of us fell at least once. It wasn’t bad just takes some practice. Over all great place.

Great place for large families

This was a perfect location for all my children and grandchildren to stay together. Plenty of sleeping places. It was misleading to list 5 bedrooms when one was just an area with a day bed off the kitchen. But with family it was fine for us. Unfortunately the storm cut 2 days off our vacation but such is life during storm season.

Graduation Party

We had a great time with lots of space for our family and friends to celebrate our daughter's graduation. It was the perfect place for us all to gather and celebrate her success. The house and grounds were great, and the kids all enjoyed the pool. We hope to plan a trip back soon.

Fun family time

We picked the location for convenience and we were happy with that. The house definitely comes equipped with a lot of games and spaces to gather. Unfortunately the bugs (mosquitoes and midges galore) were a big nuisance. Maybe the owners could pest spray beforehand if a mosquito system isn’t an option. Alot of kitchen tools were found to be dirty, thankfully we brought some from home. My husband swept and used a blower outside so we could have a place to sit that wasn’t covered in leaves.

Perfect place and location

We had a perfect stay. The home is like a small palace. Lots of room, activities, boat dock, and close to everything. The pool is perfect to cool off in and just hang out in those hot summer days. I highly recommend renting this home.

End of Summer Family Vacation

Nice place! Plenty of room for the entire family! The pool and outside was slightly dirty when we got there, but people came the next morning to clean the pool so it was not a big deal. We had a great time— we brought our boat and were able to tube and do some fishing too!

Nice house for big groups

Our family was very comfortable in the house. There are separate areas in the large family room to have multiple conversations. The family room is multilevel, so make sure guests can do steps/stairs. The game room and extra refrigerator was nice to have. A little TLC on the ice maker & little fixture in downstairs bathroom would be nice. Overall, we were pleased with the house & would consider staying there again.

Amazing Lake Front Property

My family and I rented this amazing location for my wife’s 40th. We had about 18 people and there was more than enough room. Very spacious and clean. The owner was very responsive throughout the weekend and was even gracious enough to offer a late check out for a small fee. This was great because it let us enjoy the property and do some fishing before we left. I would recommend this property and we’ll be back!

Not as it seems online

Dirty house. Needs a deep cleaning inside and out. Spa heater is subpar and it was filthy. Beds uncomfortable. Fridge struggled to maintain coolness. Two days prior to check in was informed there was additional fees for visitors coming to visit us for the day on Saturday. When contacting host regarding issues response was vague and short. Offered to have a tech come on day of our party for fridge. Not acceptable. Just think house should be as it’s presented online. Lots of dangerous steps inside and outside.

We were in town for a conference and a group of friends stayed at this property. The lake front living was the perfect relaxing vacation for each of us! The house had everything we needed, and lots of beds for everyone to be comfortable!!

Christmas getaway

This was the perfect place to have Christmas with our family in Texas. It was a great location. Being on the water was perfect for the whole family. The house is nice and big, lots of seating areas and places to play games. And the fans…. We always have to be bring our own but they had plenty…we all like white noise. The host was exceptional at answering any questions we had.

Great Location

Very nice home with lots of space for large family groups. Couches need updating and hot tub took 24 hours to get to temp this time of year, do probably should be turned on before arrival if one plans to use it. Great kitchen for cooking large meals and plenty of parking available. Overall really nice property, although some renters may expect more meticulous attention to details for the price.
