Hôtel Montlake, Soddy-Daisy

« Rooms were dirty and smelled of stale smoke. We had ants in the bathroom and the shower curtain rod was falling down. I Askes to be moved to another room which they did without hesitation. But that room was also smelles of stale smoke and also was much cleaner. Will not be staying here on my next visit to Chattanooga »

« We weren't sure what to expect booking outside of a chain hotel. Room was attractively styled with numerous little touches that made it a delightful place to stay. Host was not on site when we arrived but made all the necessary arrangements via text message. She was very helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone traveling through the area. »

« Clean, modern room. 24/7 exercise room. Staff at check in was wonderful. I did not eat breakfast but went into the dining area right before breakfast end to use the toaster and the employee working in the kitchen was kind of rude to the other employee and her attitude in front of guests was not a good look for the hotel. Otherwise everything went great. I was only there for about 10 hours total. »

« Very clean and quite place. Only comment: rooms are cleaned every day, soap and towel changed every day which is not necessary. »

« This was our first hotel stay with our 8-month old and we had a great time! We appreciated how much space there was for her to move around and how clean it was. The valet attendants were friendly and the location of the hotel was SO convenient. It’s only a few minutes from the aquarium, Creative Discovery Museum, and riverwalk area. We will definitely stay again next time we’re in Chattanooga! »

« Hotel neuf, personnel souriant. Belle piscine et jaccuzi intérieurs. Belle salle de sport. Le buffet du soir est inclus mais il n y a guère de choix pour les végétariens et les plats n étaient pas très bons. Petit déjeuner un peu décevant. »

« Contrairement à ce qui est écrit sur expedia, aucun déjeuner n'est inclus avec la chambre. La salle de bain pas très propre et beaucoup de moisissures. »

« The property presented with welcoming and helpful staff—they allowed us to store our ice cream for a birthday party the following morning. The room was clean; the hot breakfast was amazing; the shower head gave a great shower. Our only concern was the sink drain in Room 224 took ages to drain. Otherwise, our 3 day stay we definitely rate a 5 star visit!! »
