„The staff was anything but helpful, and rude during any interactions. The shower had no pressure and when I asked the front desk about it, the attendant said he had turned it off and would not give an explanation for why. There were bugs in the shower when we arrived, and the room smelled like mold. Overall experience was terrible and I do not recommend that anyone stay here.“

„The staff was nice and helpful. They easily gave me a 1:00PM extended check out. My room; 318, had a few issues of concern. 1) A huge hole in the window screen, so no night time fresh air for me. 2) Hair dryer was faulty at the plug. I would suggest this as dangerous. 3) Bath tub had no anti-slip material and it was a constant fight to stay safe as I showered. 4) The dresser was un-level or something as the top drawer would creep open. „The grounds were beautiful. We stayed in the main lodge building. The biggest downside would be that their carpet needs to be replaced because it is a tripping hazard. The beds were small and uncomfortable. We definitely enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pool. The kids loved the game room.“
