After a grueling 16-hour drive, I checked in at 9:00 PM with the sole intention of getting some much-needed sleep. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. Almost immediately, a couple in the room next to mine began shouting. The walls were so paper-thin that I could hear their entire conversation clearly.
I called the front desk after 30 minutes of nonstop noise, and the clerk assured me he would look into it. However, the shouting continued, accompanied by the constant slamming of doors every few minutes. I called a second time and was given the exact same empty promise, yet the disturbance lasted until nearly 1:00 AM.
When I brought this up to the morning receptionist at checkout, she simply echoed that she would "look into it" without offering any real resolution or apology for the sleepless night. Between the lack of soundproofing and the ineffective management, I was incredibly unhappy with my stay. I will avoid the Moose Jaw Ramada like the plague.
