« Horrible As European people, we all know drinking tap water is not recommended for us in India for obvious reasons. We arrived around 1am in the morning and the staff has not been able to give us a single drop of water after a long and exhausting journey as the “restaurant” was closed. « I loved the property and the fact that it is nearby all the wonderful beaches like Morjim, Mandrem and Arambol. I booked a premium double room which had a pool view. The property is clean, lush green and has great staff.Transport (taxi/two-wheeler) can be arranged at the reception desk within 5 minutes! Breakfast is also tasty and their room service is also quick. I stayed here for 5 days with my parents and it was worth the money I spent. »

« The main problem is that due to Coastal Regulations, and Environmental laws, all structures of Morjim beach with 1st floor are recently pulled down by the authorities, for enabling light and heat to directly descend on the breeding grounds of Ridley Turtles. « Friends, This is the 1st Hotel which has exactly same accommodation shown in the Pictures. It is a bit interior in Morjim but Privacy Guaranteed and Morjim Beach is Bang On just 2 Minutes walk from the Cottages. Kremlin the Cafeteria serves very delicious food at affordable price. As you may be aware Food in Goa is costly cos Agriculture isn't practiced in large scale.
