„We only stayed for one night. The apartment is well furnished, the living room/kitchen quite big, the bedroom rather small. Everything has seen better days: the furniture is alright, but the bathroom is in need of some renovation. Still, we had a good night, it was absolutely quiet, and there were even drinks in the fridge and some things for breakfast (tea and jam). Parking along the road was no problem. L’appartement est très bien situé en centre ville et permet de visiter facilement les alentours.Il est très propre et très fonctionnel, on n’y manque de rien.Bons échanges avec Sarah avant notre arrivée qui a su répondre à mes questions.Si nous revenons à St Amand, nous reprendrons le même logement sans hésiter ! “

„Appartement très très sale (wc, sol, douche, dessous de lit. Il manquait des caches électriques et les radiateurs mal fixés au mur, pas de brosse wc, etc etc la liste est longue. Heureusement que nous sommes arrivés à 17h et pas dans la nuit. Nous avons eu le temps de contacter Abritel et de trouver un hôtel.“
