Just wow! You will not find another rental like this one. The immaculate design and beauty of the home is only surpassed by the host's genuine thoughtfulness in every detail. From the extra bathroom amenities/products to the coffee bar to the stocked water and treats to the welcome sign and music and so so much more. My family truly felt pampered. The air hockey table and arcade game were my six year old's favorite! I loved the hot tub (very clean) and electric fireplace, indoor fountain, and the comfy slippers. The fridge is mini, but works very well. You can occasionally hear footsteps from upstairs since the rental is connected, but it still felt like a totally private space. Backyard was private as well. The gift shop was adorable and ingenious! Wished we lived closer so we could come back!

The hotel I usually stay in for business was sold out due to a wedding. The owner of the hotel suggested VRBO. Finding this home was truly a Godsend. The host rake care of the finest details that made me feel special. Home baked muffins, a personalized letter and sign with my name. Truly a blessing.

I was hesitant at first that this would not feel like a private experience but it absolutely was!! The hosts were very easy to message with and provided every need possible for our stay. We walked in from a cold night with the fire place going, jazz music on and candle lights lining the hot tub, with welcome signs personalized to us! Every thought and detail went into this place to make it a true connection cottage. The sheets on the bed were so soft and the bed extremely comfortable. Will absolutely stay again. 10/10 recommend!

This property is exactly as it is described and shared in photos. The only thing that is not portrayed in the listing is the peace an calm that you feel walking into the property with soft lighting, soft music playing, the water feature gently bubbling. Freshly baked treats, fresh flowers and a lighted sign with our name welcoming us to the home is such a nice touch. We were first time VRBO renters and I'm sure this experience will be extremely hard to top. There really isn't anything I can add to all of the previous reviews left about this property and hosts. Warm, inviting, personal touches, accommodating, and generous. We highly recommend booking this property and enjoyed our stay immensely.

This place is a gem and the hosts couldn’t be lovelier. Every detail has been thought of in advance to make guests’ stay pleasant, relaxing and comfortable. Lots of extra touches throughout - like home baked items and thoughtful holiday decor. We really enjoyed our week and can recommend this beautiful, lower level space. Lots to love. Thank you!

My wife and I had to take my elderly mother to Morristown for a funeral. I’m so glad that we stumbled across this amazing place! Everything was thought of in perfect detail, the location couldn’t have been more beautiful and the interior was simply stunning! Our host was accommodating to our every need. I’ve been coming to Morristown for nearly 50 years to visit our family. Why couldn’t I have found this place sooner?!

Don't pass up this listing if you need to stay in or around the Morristown, TN area. The property and amenities were beyond our expectations. It does not feel like you are staying in a basement. Everything was clean, plenty of windows, large rooms, and so many special little things to make you feel welcome. The hosts are friendly and were very responsive to questions prior to our arrival and during our stay.

What a wonderful place to stay. A gorgeous home on a rolling hill overlooking Morristown. We came to visit family & staying here was a complete gift, not just a place to lay our heads. The pictures don’t really give you the feel for how large the space is but it’s also so warm & cozy. Kimberley & Josh have thought of everything & more to make you feel at home. The decor is stunning. The bed is luxurious. The kitchenette is stocked for coffee & tea with some special treats. It’s more than you can dream up - games, a huge TV, fireplace, multiple seating areas. The best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed at!
