Maison avec vue sur l'océan

  • Ma maison est située à seulement 1/2 mile de la plage et de la réserve marine de Fitzgerald. Détendez-vous sur le pont supérieur avec vue sur l'océan et regarder les baleines et les couchers de soleil incroyables tout en dégustant un verre de vin. Une deuxième terrasse située en bas dispose d'un bain à remous, foyer et grill.
    Localement trouver la voile, le kayak, l'équitation, ainsi que de nombreux sentiers de randonnée. Situé à quelques miles de la vue du concours Mavericks Surfing. Half Moon Bay est à 7 miles au sud et San Francisco est à environ 20 minutes en voiture.

    La maison est entièrement équipée pour votre confort avec lave-vaisselle, laveuse et sécheuse, cheminée et TV 60 pouces avec câble et WIFI gratuit. La cuisine et les salles de bains ont été récemment rénovées avec des comptoirs en granit et des planchers en bois.

    La chambre principale a un lit king size et salle de bain complète, la 2ème chambre a un lit double et la 3ème chambre a construit dans des lits superposés. Une deuxième salle de bain complète est hors du couloir et partagée avec les chambres 2 et 3.

    Stationnement hors rue pourra accueillir 2 voitures.

    Je vis dans un appartement au-dessus de la maison. Il a une entrée séparée sans accès depuis l'intérieur de la maison principale.

My group of four ladies had a fantastic weekend stay! Clean, orderly lodging. I got the top bunk, very comfy. Weather was on the cool side, we all took full advantage of the hot tub. Charming property, beautiful yard with plants. Loved the ocean view from the top deck. Quick drive to downtown half moon bay. Even faster drive for breakfast at The Pilot Light!

This was our favorite stop in our 10 day road trip of CA. The listing was clean. Exactly as described. Great host who was very responsive and kind. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was clean and perfect for the cool nights. The ocean view deck was a nice touch. It was 35mins from San Francisco. 35mins from the airport. Montera Beach is 4 min drive away and is very pretty. Felt like a home away from Home. Personal shampoo/conditioner would be recommeneded if picky with product. Hair dryer available. Washer and dryer was nice. Nice coming home without any dirty laundry. Would def recommend!

Kathy and Jennifer were very responsive to all my communications and solved any issues that came up. The living spaces and outdoor space were comfortable and spacious. The hot tub was easy to use and very peaceful. There is good food nearby as well as an abundance natural beauty. It’s an easy drive to San Francisco the airport and the beautiful coastal communities.

Family Xmas rendezvous

Clean and well kept. Comfy beds. For our needs, a great way to have both common space as well as separate space. Was cold and rainy weekend…so good furnace and hot tub were appreciated.

Amazing views

Cute beach style house, unfortunately it was raining our main day there so we couldn’t check out too much of the beach and woods area but it cleared up enough for us to checkout the tide pools which were spectacular. Master bed was a little uncomfortable but no bed is as comfy as home. Owners gave great instructions and the hot tub was warm so didn’t have to wait to heat it up. Perfect house for a family getaway or just friends to hang like us!

Good, convenient, and comfortable stay.

We had a lovely weekend at this property. It was conveniently located with great amenities and comfortable rooms. However, one aspect that had a marginal impact on our stay was the presence of the owners (or possibly other tenants) staying in a separate area upstairs, which we were not expecting. This might be fully disclosed in the listing and we simply missed it. While the upstairs occupants were completely respectful and minded their own business, we could still hear them through their windows, which made us a bit self-conscious about using the outdoor amenities. As a result, we ended up spending more time indoors than we had planned. Despite this, the place itself is fantastic, and we would highly recommend it.

amazing stay and location

We spent almost a week with family visiting from abroad. We had a great time. We enjoyed the kitchen space a lot as it was greatly equipped with all the tools to prepare a full Christmas menu. The sofa and the armchairs were so so confortable. The hot tub and the view were a real treat. The house was clean, however cleaning can be improved in spaces like kitchen cabinets, under the beds or in the corners harder to reach. Overall a great experience. Definitely recommended.

Peaceful Getaway

Our family of 5 was very comfortable at this property. Check in/out was easy. Property looks exactly as shown in the pictures. The neighborhood is very peaceful, great for a relaxing vacation. Best part are the amazing views of the ocean and a quick drive to the beach. Thank you!!

Lovely home near the beaches

We loved this property! It was nicer than the pictures showed. The living room had lots of comfy couches and the wifi was great. If you have an adult on the bunk bed, our lady found the bottom bunk a bit soft but that's a personal thing. Loved the back yard and hot tub - very nicely done up out there!

Nice quiet place in Moss Beach

Excellent house in a quite neighborhood. The property was very clean and exactly as described on the website. The beach is about a 20 min walk but there are other options 5 to 10 min drive away in Halfmoon Bay.

Amazing!

This house is amazing! Between the two outdoor sitting areas, the fire pit, the hot tub, and how comfortable the inside is, you never have to leave the house. But if you choose to, there’s a lot of fun activities within a short distance.

Fantastic stay, great views, lovely house and a superb host

This stay was a quasi-"stay-cation" while our (wife and self) home was undergoing a remodel. It could not have been a better arrangement. The spacious house (three bedrooms) is easily accessible from BART and San Francisco (<10 miles to BART), has great views, has interesting places (state park, restaurants, a small store) within walking distance, and is a quiet and comfortable place. The patio, fire pit, etc. are great extras. There is a dedicated driveway for parking, and a small deck atop the house from which to view the ocean and whatever birds might be around or residence. The host, Kathy, is responsive, helpful and an all-around wonderful woman. For those not from the Bay Area, there is ample shopping in Pacifica and Half Moon Bay, a wide variety of restaurants in the area, and a stellar number of county parks and preserves to wander. Suffice it to say that we and several guests wandered a redwood preserve and saw whales and flights of pelicans at a state beach, all within three hours. Sad to say, the tine there was all too short, but it is a great memory. We were spoiled. We cannot recommend the property and owner highly enough.

Comfy, charming, and relaxing!

My fiancée's mother hosted an engagement party for us at the Moss Beach Distillery last weekend. I'm from LA, so I flew my family up for the party. I wanted a nice place in Moss Beach, close to the restaurant, and somewhere my family could spend some quality time together. Kathy's house was absolutely PERFECT!! The house is very clean, comfortable, and has darn near everything you could need! We LOVED the fire pit and the jacuzzi outside and appreciated a well-outfitted kitchen to cook in. The living room sofa sinks in a little due to there being a pull-out bed, but other than that everything worked well for us. We had an awesome time and would love to stay here the next time we're in Moss Beach. Thanks again Kathy!
