« magnifique hotel dans un ville passionnante d histoire »

« The stay had a few disappointing aspects. The room had a persistent bad smell due to poor ventilation, which made it uncomfortable at times. Room service was also quite slow — even for basic requests, we had to call two or three times before receiving any assistance. This affected the overall experience and level of comfort expected during the stay. On the positive side, the breakfast spread was excellent with a wide variety of options available each morning. « Staff was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Rooms are clean and neat, hot water is near perfect. Hallways carpet must be replaced very old and not clean enough. »

« Excellence du staff! Tous le personnel est aux petits soins anticipant sur tous les besoins d'un séjour parfait. Hôtel de classe, ancien, central, qui a gardé ses grandes chambres bien entretenues avec un service de premier ordre. Chambres bien climatisées été comme hiver (il peut faire froid à Lucknow). Très bon buffet gratuit pour le petit déjeuner. Diner/buffet varié et excellent! What else? Très bon rapport qualité/prix si on réserve par Hotels.com. J'en fait ma résidence à Lucknow… »

« fairly clean and and promt service and central location connected by Metro from Airport »

« Friendly staff »

« The cleanliness was good. The only slight letdown was the food and breakfast, which was just average and could use some improvement. Despite the food, I had a very comfortable stay and would recommend it, especially for the prime location and quality of the property »

« Value for money. Buffet breakfast was good and many choices. »

« Great feeling with the renovation and upgrades. I am pleasantly surprised. Food was really great. It felt nice returning to Lucknow and stay at the Clarks because of our past shared history with the town. Clarks was then the only star feeling in a small town steeped in its own culture, time and moods. »

« the staff was helpful. there was a small issue with the water heating system for which it took some time for them to fix and it led to us missing our breakfast. also, outside food is not allowed in this hotel, which should be changed because during kitchen's non-operational hours, the guests are on their own to manage food. »

« It was nice »

« Nice room and cooperative staff »

« I don’t understand why they charge us extra for 3 days breakfast. Hotel.com had already collected money. But service is excellent. Those boys are outstanding. »
