« The accommodation was modern, spotlessly clean and tidy. The location for our requirements was excellent. There was mike and orange juice supplied in the fridge. The only criticism is that the room was very hot and there were no fans and on a personal note the double bed was very small, but these points would not stop us going back. Other than that I would highly recommend. »

« My room was a lovely suite with its own kitchen and sofa. I think furniture lay out could be changed so you could watch TV from the sofa rather than just the bed. My TV didn’t work the first night but the staff fixed it the second night, and offered me another room if they couldn’t. Breakfast was nice and lots of choice. Hot food cooked fresh. The hotel is more central than I thought so easy to walk into town along the river or even to the large garden centre. A big downside is my room was...

« Very clean, Tom the barman was very helpful. Not far to town centre. »

« Clean and tidy with good facilities, great for a week time work stay »

« Nice bedroom One minor point, breakfast offering is very basic. Appart from that it was a good stay »

« Cleaning left a lot to be desired. Windows were filthy inside and out. Carpet smelt of foist. Kitchen was ok after I had cleaned it. The shower was dangerous. It went from cold to scalding hot. Because the cubicle was small I couldn’t get out fast enough so scalded my arm. No warm water to wash in the bathroom sink. The door to the inside of the flat opened outwards so was very close to the top step. »

« Very handy location for our site work Clean property (although we didn't get the UV light out) Enjoyed our stay (not as much as Malcolm, see below) »

« Très chaleureux avec une ambiance cocooning. Le restaurant 1498 Goa est excellent avec de plats parfumés. »

« I've stayed here before - and come back. For me, at 88 years of age and no longer driving, it's better than the nearby 4 star Hotel. It's super convenient for my association with the parish church - Boston Stump, Saint Botolph, an easy walk from and to the railway station. Courteous and prompt telephone response for access to the Key Code access (Key Code is changed after visit). Recommended! »

« No communication ended up in hospital messaged them no reply messaged again no reply nearly week gone now still nothing from them »

« The heating wasnt working so we had to call up and turns out, the heating for the whole building was out so at 11pm we had to switch from cattle market to church lane apartment where we finally had heating but we were freezing. »
