« Easy access to the lake. 15 minute walk to a much bigger "beach" area. Full kitchen well stocked with necessities. Keurig for fresh coffee was a bonus. Didn't use the hot ton because it was raining. Fire pit was a hit. Plenty of backyard space for the dog, not fenced in. Great stay with easy to use A/C and heating unit. »

« This is a classic old-style cabin that reminded us of our childhood family trips in the 60’s. It’s not new, but a heck of a lot of fun if you’re in the right head space. Easily walked to town for dinner and to the shore. Clean and had everything we needed. »

« Great place for a night. One minor issue we encountered was ran both space heaters on separate outlets (one in bedroom and one in kitchen) and kept popping one of the breakers so we could only run one space heater that was provided. »

« Both bedroom doors don’t close properly, which affects privacy. There’s also no mirror in the bathroom and nowhere to hang clothes, either in the bathroom or closet. The space is really best suited for two adults — our third guest had trouble sleeping comfortably. Overall, we felt the value didn’t quite match the price and description. »

« This was perfect for me... my daughter lives 2 streets over and just had her first baby... I was close enough to make dinner and help her daily without be under her toes! I did bring my pup and loved that there was a leash in the back yard for him. Host quickly answered any questions I had... will definitely rent again! »

« In addition to everything this property offers we found there was a nearby 12mile bike trail that goes through the woods passing lakes on the the route, and bikes were available at the property. »

« The two bedroom cottage I stayed in at Cottage Place during a relocation was really nice. It was very quiet, comfortable, and had everything you could want for a relaxing and memorable stay. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the location right next to Squam Lake was terrific. I look forward to staying there again in the Fall. »
