Was extorted into paying an additional $20 for having a 10 lb Yorkie with me. First time ANY hotel has ever charged extra and they refused to Refund me my initial payment. So it was pay 20 or lose 80. ROBBERY. Room is filthy, no toilet paper in the room and one gd towel. Staff was standoffish and of zero help once I was checked in because they disappeared and couldn't find anyone else in the building! Will NEVER be staying here again.

They were changing out the mattresses in the hotel on the first day when we arrived, the left the old mattresses in the hallway the entire time we stayed and our mattresses were old and not comfortable.

Mattresses were a bit firm for my liking. Appears to have renovation going on so there were mattresses stacked in the hallways. Late night/evening staff were difficult to locate.

Smelled of piss and cigarette smoke, debris everywhere, no breakfast, doors had to be forcibly shut. Wouldn't stay here again...

The staff was rude. Our sheets were dirty and when asking for a new pair, we were given some to put on ourselves instead of housekeeping which I thought was odd. The second pair of sheets had stains and the mattresses had cigarette burns in them

The check-in lady at night was very nice. The breakfast was fine, except all the hot food was gone at 8 am on Sat. and we had to ask the desk to add more, which took a little time. They should monitor that. But all in all, it was a good stay, good value.

It was a nice stay. We stayed 3 nights. The staff didn't bother you much and the pool is open and they do have a washer and dryer there. It was clean and neat.

Staff were rude. Bothered it seemed by our very existence there. I wish I had taken a picture of the room. It was one of the grossest I have been in, in some time. There was a chair and I should have taken a picture, that looked like it was pulled out of a dumpster and put in that room. Breakfast was the absolute worst. I choked it down but could not imagine subjecting my kids to it. I had to take them out for breakfast which was convenient at least as there were many options nearby. It was this properties only redeeming qualities. It was right off the highway and had a lot of food choices nearby. Suffice it to say I will not and would not stay here again, even for the very brief time (one night) we were there.

Not sure when this hotel fell under new management, and the former hotel was never anything more than a 3 star facility, but 3 stars would certainly be pushing it for the current hotel. Bare minimum amenities including only two towels in a room that was booked for two people. Horrible breakfast options (if they were even out out). Pool closed indefinitely. A/C unit in room loud with screeching sounds throughout the night.

An Uncomfy bed to sleep in
Our bed was terrible and sounded like we were breaking it just sitting down. The AC did not blow cold. Breakfast was the same every single day, sausage Pattie’s, biscuits, nasty eggs, and sausage gravy in crockpot.

Disappointing… Didn’t receive room booked
We booked a room, specifically one with a king bed, when we arrived we were surprised to see we had two queen beds. On our receipt, it said we had a room with a king size bed. We talked with the person at the service desk and they said they we all sold out. I am disappointed that I was able to book that room, but get told it was sold out… how is that even possible?

Hotel was great , only issue was the bed, we got a king room and the mattress was horrid . Better off sleeping on the floor . Room was clean and spacious . Staff was helpful and very friendly .

The young man at the desk was great. Everything is incredibly stained. Had to ask for new room. All the bedding was stained. Hair in the bed. Toilet not functioning properly.

The beds were very hard. The light at the door was not working correctly probably had a short in the electrical system. The bathroom was very nice but the lighting was not good enough to apply makeup! Nice fridge and microwave. I liked the blinds and the pool looked nice but we didn't get to use it. The coffee was not very good and the biscuits were hard but the gravy was good. I could not change from 3 to 2 people because I made the reservation online so I had to pay the higher price.

This location has seen it's better days. Just about everything is worn and dated. The a/c was cool, but I had to clean the filter in the unit. The mattresses and pillows were very hard and the carpet in the room, steps and hallways need replaced. I really can't see the justification for a $25 a night increase in price for the weekend when the place is only 1/2 full.

Pool! Food was great! Nice beds! Shower could use a little updating, but still usable for a quick, hot shower. Nice people and property. Plenty of food places to choose from. I loved it!
