• Game Room / Guest Bedroom 3 – Pull-out sofa bed, ping pong table, and classic Ms. Pac-Man arcade game

• Upstairs Guest Bedroom 4 – Two full-size beds

• Shared full bathroom conveniently located for guest use

The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals easy, while the comfortable living spaces provide the perfect setting for gathering after a day exploring Charleston's beaches and historic attractions.

Step outside to enjoy the large fenced backyard featuring a fire pit, grill, and plenty of room for outdoor games, family activities, and relaxing under the South Carolina sky.

Parties are strictly prohibited at all of our properties. Please do not exceed the approved guest count listed for your reservation, as doing so may result in immediate removal from the property. Additionally, alcohol may not be served to anyone under the age of 21 under any circumstances.

Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Any violation will result in a $500 smoking fee. 🚭
