„This home was exactly as advertised. The home is very clean, a great layout, updated, and well stocked. This home is by far the most well stocked home I have ever rented. The pool was a hit with the grandkids. The beds are comfortable. Plenty of bath towels and pool towels. Quiet neighborhood. The kids saw deer walking through the wooded area in the back yard. It was a perfect place to stay and I would rent it again.“

„Ping pong paddles were broken. Pool had leaves and the skimmer was broken couch in game room in rough shape. Wood floor with doors to deck had deep scratches. No kitchen shears in kitchen. Dead Omar’s on bathroom ceiling. Quiet neighborhood convenient location. Kitchen clean and nicely renovated. Prompt response to request one hour earlier check in.“

„Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und naturnah gelegen. Es kommen sogar Rehe bis zum Haus. Beim Einchecken lief die Waschmaschine und der Trokner noch, was nicht sein sollte. Die Esstische innen und auf dem Balkon waren nicht gereinigt. Der Balkon selber und das Geländer waren sehr staubig. Liegt wohl daran dass nahe am Haus eine Schotterstraße vorbei führt und es doch zu einer erheblichen Staubentwickerlung kommt, auch bedingt durch viele Autos die die vorgegebene Geschwindigkeit nicht einhalten. „Spacious, clean and above all very well stocked house. We travelled with kids and parents and the house was perfect for us. There was ample things to do for the kids (hot tub, pool, game room, TV) and for adults to relax. The house is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by greenery. I wouldn't call the waterbed waveless (we've had 2 waterbeds), and we found this one a bit sloshy. Used the wood stove heater for 2 days but I'm sensitive to smoke so we used the electric heater for the last 2 days. The town of Dunsmuir didn't offer much in the way of food or entertainment. „I rented this property in order to attend Kool April Nights. I towed a car on a trailer, and saw that this property had a large driveway that would accommodate that. The home was nicely updated with a 2x2 setup. The second bedroom was downstairs, which gave a nice privacy affect with the other couple that came along. The property manager (owner I believe) was very responsive and kept me up to date with everything I needed.“

„Studio is beautiful and has all the amenities. We really enjoyed our stay. Just that locks are hard to open and lock. Also, please modify checkout instructions like it asks for put dishes in dish washer but there is no dish washer in studio. Also it says checkout time as 11pm. It must be 11am. 😁“
