Location was convenient, cleanliness was adequate. Mattress was awful. Felt like foam mattress topper and was like sleeping in what I imagine quicksand is like in that moving is not smooth - there was a lot of friction and drag whenever I tried to move or turn on the mattress.

They call it a motel its more of a flop house for all the homeless in the best town in arkansas

Hello Harlan, Thank you for your time for review. We checked your reservation, you made reservation but you never been checked in our hotel. According to our hotel policy you can cancel your reservation 24 hour before check in. If you can't make it on time and you was no-show then you have to pay for your first night. Pleasant Surprise
Pleasant check-in. We had requested "comfort rooms" which was more recently remodeled so we all were pleased with the rooms. They were a surprisingly good value for the price.

Bed was lousy every time you moved your sheets would come off mattress cover to slippery so when you woke up your sheets were in a ball toilet seat was awful needs new one made reservations for room a week before I got there and my room was not available somebody else In it

This is not a new hotel by any means. Unfortunately, the pool was inoperable, it was quite a disappointment. However, the people that worked there were so kind. The cable wouldn't work and they came right away. We had kids with us so it was appreciated. Those kids locked the bathroom door and we couldn't get it open. They return with tool after tool until it was resolved. Quite satisfied with what we paid. Service was excellent.

You booked me in mountian home inn, in arkansaw. I needed the mountian home inn, in idaho. I had to pay $129.00 for a room in the correct hotel, plus the 53.00 I paid for in Arkansaw. Not happy!!!

We loved the jacuzzi tub, the soft mattress and pillows. The outlet to the left of the bed didnt work and neither did the light on that same side. The floor was very dirty. We walked on it barefoot and had to wash our feet before going to bed. It was fairly quiet. Overall we had a great time.

My husband and I booked this hotel on Expedia. The pictures looked nice. The older gentleman at the front asked me for my drivers license and debit card. After a few minutes, he handed my cards back and also the room key. He told me what room we were in and the wifi password. I went to our room to put a Redbull in the fridge. I immediately got hit in the face with cigarette smoke. IThe room was made up nicely, other than the smell. We left the door open so it could air out for a minute before we went back to the festival. Around 10:55p.m, my husband and I go to our hotel and it literally smelled like someone had just lit up in our room. Long story short, my husband survived cancer and had to have a stem cell transplant for said cancer. He cannot be around cigarette smoke, his immune system is not great after transplant. He just got over pneumonia that stuck around for 2 months. So my husband and I went to the office to talk to the person running the desk, to see if we could switch rooms. There was a younger guy at the desk this time. I told the young man our issue. This guy responded with “I was up here when you checked in, I heard you request a smoking room.” He tried arguing with me about it for a minute. We quit smoking 3 years ago, my husband even tried to show the guy his port scar. I’m out of space, but the guy was rude and we won’t be back. Be careful where you give your money.

Booked a room wih jacuzzi tub, had luke-warm water at best. Wasn't able to enjoy the jacuzzi (bathtub and sink water were the same). Overall good value for the price, was quiet & seemed clean. Older facility, nice staff.

Overall a great stay!
Trip was great. Thankful for the electrical outlets so we could hook up our boat batteries. Hotel room was clean and the desk clerk was friendly. Very accommodating hotel and we will be back if we stay in Mt. Home, Arkansas in the future.

Walls needed paint. Very dirty. Cockroach on floor. Tv initially set to spanish and heater did not work and had to move rooms then tv service in second room quit working completely. Staff was nice and tried to accommodate. You get what you pay for.

For the couples room they had towels folded up like swans!! It was very sweet to walk into. The room was priced very well for a jacuzzi room.

First, i notified them i had an additional person with me (3 total) and they still have us a room with one full size bed. I called front desk to see if they had a rollaway bed... no. So then i called to see if we could get a room with 2 beds... sure fit an extra fee. No problem. I go and pay the fee, get the key cards, and get our stuff to the room. Getting the door open was a struggle, but we got in. Then we ventured out on the town, and when we got back, the struggles continued. We used the key card, unlocked the door, then turned the doorknob, which came off in my hand. I was livid at this point. I went to the lobby, and wanted a refund so i could go somewhere else. They refused the refund, and said they'd have someone open the door so we could get our stuff out. In the meantime, they did open another room so we had somewhere so be while we waited on our stuff. Ironically, we could watch while they broke into the room our stuff was locked in. After we were able to get our stuff, we got settled in the third room of the night. We found that the tv didn't work in that room. (No shocker at this point.) Then also found out that the toilet was plugged up and wouldn't flush. I wasn't about to complain at that point. I just wanted sleep. I was never happier to leave a motel in all my life.
