How and the Hell do eggs smell real bad and they are powdered eggs I recommend no person to stay. I want my money back »

« The first room we got was terrible smoke and the entire room was not pleasant at all they changed the rooms the staff did give us another room and I was a bit better the walls were not as dirty and the smell was better too »

« Breakfast was okay other than the fact that the orange juice and apple juice were warm when dispensed out of the juice machine and all I was told from the lady at the front desk is “we have an ice machine”. Doesn’t change the fact that orange and apple are to be kept refrigerated and cool, not warm. Also, breakfast muffins and bagels sit out for days without being changed. Only provided more when I asked if there was breakfast that morning because nothing was out. »

« The stay was fine. Clean, comfortable room. My problem is that the front desk told me at check in to choose between either a $30 food/drink voucher or extra reward points. We chose the voucher and ate breakfast for the same amount. Now, they are not giving the credit. Sound like a bait and switch to you? »
