« Do not stay here. The place is in need of a complete remodel or torn down and started over. Carpet was frayed and dirty, furniture all chipped & worn. Bedspread had cigarette burn holes in it. Staff was not friendly or helpful. If we had not been completely exhausted from traveling I would have demanded my money back & gone elsewhere. »

« The staff doesn’t honor your price on Expedia. They only give one card which is abnormal. The room is clean and has nice amenities. However, the toilet was very small and any man would have problems with it. »

« The hottub was excellent. The hotel itself is loud. The town of Poteau is a college town in a sea of fast food. However, it does have the historical distinction of being location to Bonnie & Clydes last heist. If you have to stay? This is the place. For food, Willy's Warehouse Steakhouse a few blocks down. »

« This was not my first time at this location. I had stayed many times including a night less than a week prior. I ALWAYS travel with my service dogs (one for me and one for my daughter). And in literally hundreds of hotel stays over the years, never had an issue. However, when I went to check in, the clerk first accused me of having 4 dogs, then it was that my dog 'was not a servjce dog breed' (based on video he watched of our prior stay he claimed, which actually left me feeling really creeped...

« Accueil très sympatique, chambre spacieuse, propre et confortable. Fridge. Mauvaise wifi, mais surtout chambre très mal insonorisée: on entendait clairement tout ce que disaient nos voisins de chambre. Dommage, sinon c'était parfait. »

« The Beard and Lady Inn was a very interesting place to stay. It was a nice change from the usual hotels. It had everything I needed for my stay. »

« There was a problem with their reservation system so I had to wait 30 minutes in the lobby for the clerck to do something. She was really nice and trying to fix it but it was bad to wait for so long . There should have a back up plan for such situation »

« Propre confortable et salle de déjeuner attenante à la piscine qui est également propre. L'embêtement est que Van Buren est un endroit des plus ennuyant. Cet hôtel est OK si c'est pour s'arrêter une nuit pour continuer ensuite sa route comme nous l'avons fait. Aussi, aucun alcool servi dans les restos car c'est une ville sèche.. »

« The rooms are updated and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had two lamps not working when we checked in. We alerted the front desk and he came and fixed them right away. The house keeping service came by and offered us fresh towels etc. We requested a non-smoking room overlooking Garrison Avenue, and that is what we got. It is walking distance from dowtown Ft. Smith. This is a great hotel for the price. »
