„A modern hotel with lots of amenities but not quite a five star hotel as advertised. International travelers will probably be disappointed not be able to be served alcoholic drinks. The staff is very kind but there are serious translations issues. The location is wonderful, nestled among tea plantations and waterfalls.“

Activities are available - we took the option to kayak. The food, whilst good, needed to be warmer. Every meal was tepid in temperature. Expedia booking was confirmed but when I called hotel to make a room request they did not recieve any email or confirmation from Expedia. „The rooms are not worth the price, I spoke to other guests as well and they felt the same. They arranged an activity which was not well Managed. Felt like they were short of staff as no one came when we needed them. The buffet was not well managed as well- short of dining plates, tables were not clean- we had to eat on a dirty table, and some guests had breakfast in the gallery adjoining the restaurant. We asked a person to clean the table, but no luck! The food was also not good. It was hard ...

„A fabulous mountain retreat set between forests and tea gardens. Beautifully maintained lawns with great vistas. Loved our stay. However due to road washouts from 2018 floods, almost impossible to get to. A miracle we found our way. But well worth the journey!“
