« Das Haus war fantastisch, perfekte Lage, perfekter Ausblick. In der Küche fehlte ein Wasserkocher, Schneidbrett war nur eins vorhanden, Wäschekorb fehlte, Wäscheklammern waren nur wenige vorhanden. Die Parksituation ist für Ungeübte problematisch! Alles in allem aber eine Finca, die man unbedingt weiter empfehlen kann. »

« Die Finca war sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Die Anreise war dadurch aber erschwert, eine detailliertere Anfahrtsbeschreibung wäre von großem Vorteil! Die versprochene Reinigung nach einer Woche wurde nicht durchgeführt. Im Haus waren extrem viele Ameisen, darauf wurde zwar hingewiesen, aber schön wäre es: wenn die Vermieter sich darum kümmern würden. Es ist schon sehr anstrengend, immer daran denken zu müssen die Kekse in den Kühlschrank zu räumen. Leider mussten wir das Geschirr per Hand...

« Die Finca hat uns von Anfang an sehr begeistert, sie war genau so wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Viele tolle Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, riesiger Pool und die Hängematten sind super. Gelegen ist es außerhalb des Ortes Muro, etwa 2km entfernt. Nachbarn sind der Eigentümer selbst und eine Schafweide, weshalb es generell ruhig ist, bis auf gelegentliches Hundegebell vom Grundstück des Besitzers und das Mähen der Schafe. « Would have been a 5 but the villa wasn’t clean. Although there was an offer to send the cleaners back we didn’t feel comfortable with that. Our beach towels were forgotten and had to be sent next day. I asked for an early check in and was told to get in touch the day before whixh I didn but the owners didn’t respond »

« Das Haus ist in natura noch schöner und größer als auf den Bildern. Der Garten und auch der Pool sind ein Traum! Das Haus mit seinen 4 Schlafzimmern ist sehr gemütlich, alles wurde mit Liebe eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts! Die Gegend ist super zentral und ca. 10 Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Nach Palma sind es 35 Minuten. Parkplätze gibt es vor Ort zu jeder Tageszeit. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und werden sicher nochmal wiederkommen! « Die Lage ist Mega schön, sehr ruhig gelegen. Von der Terrasse hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die Berge. Negative Punkte: sehr langsames Wifi, Inventar etwas veraltet, was aber auch seinen Charme hat. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter bzw. der vermittelnden Agentur ist extrem kompliziert und zeitaufwendig, da man vorwiegend mit einer KI über einen WhatsApp Chat kommuniziert… »

« Just returned from a fab holiday staying at this property. We were a large group ranging in different ages including a child. The property was clean and tidy and had everything you could need on a holiday. Local shops for food and drink were just around the corner, and were safe to walk to. Restaurants and bars close by which were all lovely, as was the beach which is very close by. Everything is in walking distance but local transport stopping very close to the property. « Best rented familyhouse so far with all what you need close to house. Clean neiberhood and quiet localisation. Easy to use bus for other parts aroud area. No problem in or outhouse. Tails in pool is litle rugh for small feets and hands, so wathershoe is good to use (after many hours in pool). »

« Communication with Joan was excellent from first booking the villa to leaving. The villa is very well equipped and was exceptionally clean and has a lovely garden. It is located down a country lane just a short drive from Can Picafort where you have the beach, shops and supermarkets. We loved the peace and tranquillity of the villa being in the countryside and spent a lot of time watching the many different species of birds, peacocks, and when darkness fell listening to the bells of the goats...
