« Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

« Property completely misrepresented on the pictures provided We arrived late night, and place just scary looks completely abandoned, and looks like in the horror movie. We just opened entrance door, and left even not getting into the room itself. No light inside. Smells very strange. We had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. I called Expedia next morning asking for the full refund. Request was rejected by property owner Nice work Expedia Thanks »

« Chambre très confortable, localisation idéale pour visiter et en même temps très calme. Service du valet pour la voiture très pratique ! Un petit bémol pour le petit déjeuner car beaucoup de monde et difficile de s’installer et pas de fruits frais trouvés mais peut-être aussi car c’était bondé… »

« It was our second time staying at this beautiful hotel. The employees and the installations are amazing . Everything is also super accessible (stores, restaurants, public transportation). BUT, we had a little problem with the bathroom : it needed some work done. The very small sink needed some caulk and had almost no pressure. But overall, we had an amazing stay at the Nylo :) »
