„The staff was very nice and helpful I appreciated very much“

„Reception were not prepared to give great customer service, they give me another room and after I was installed they asked me to change rooms , that was very unacceptable, zero respect for us , it was there mistake and was very poor the attention to us“

„Stayed 4 days. Lots to love ...a few things I would love for them to improve. Pros: friendly helpful staff (Nacho!), great location, affordable, clean, beds and shower decent. Cons: Noisy, my room was filled with street noise 24/7, luckily I can sleep through most anything, but if you're a light sleeper, beware. No washcloths, hot water was sometimes intermittent and unpredictable in shower. My least favorite thing was the "blackout" curtains which had large gaps that allowed sun right onto bed ...

„Everything was great.“

„I’d recommend this hotel, helpful staff & clean rooms.“
