„The property had no reception, used key code system and only one key to get in and out so could not go separately out of building. Was asking to ring them prior to going as we had booked through Expedia to complete information, rang 5 times but no response and ended up going down uncertain as to whether we actually had a booking. Had to go to other harbour place and phone the cleaners number who actually contacted a lady who took info needed“

„Das Hotel ist ein Traum. Es eignet sich auch für einen Urlaub, den man mal nur im Hotel verbringen möchte. Jedes Zimmer ist individuell eingerichtet, und man fühlt sich gleich zu Hause. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich nett, und das Frühstück ein Traum. Wir haben jeden Nachmittag ein paar Stunden im Aufenthaltsraum oder im Garten verbracht, weil man dort so schön entspannen konnte. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort absteigen. “

„I booked on line which i wont ever do again ,the rooms are so small and badly decorated ,bathrooms need sprucing up very difficult with no shelves in bathroom ,also the stools by the kettle to high for the elderly to get up on ,i know it was a cheap price ,but honestly i would prefer travelodge ,decent chairs to sit on with plenty of teas ,coffee etc good lighting plugs by mirrors ,no tidy place to sit ,and advertising sea view had to stand on bed to see it. So for me we wouldnt stay there again ...

„Breakfast was ok but items on menu extra had to be paid for. Room was clean but dated. Shower was an electric shower that was nearly unusable. Low pressure and no temperature control. No replacement shower gel was left after room was cleaned. Staff were excellent and restaurant was well presented. Hotel room a low 3 star at best.“
