« We had to leave and stay at a different hotel due to the unsanitary conditions at Whitehall Cottages.
The bed had dirt and hair on the sheets and all around the mattress.
Thereâs no staff on the property and the owner didnât respond back until later in the evening after we were already checked in to a different hotel.
When I asked for a refund I was told he couldnât do it because we booked through Expedia⊠»

« e room was good sized and the carylooked new. The bed springs were noisy and the bathroom needed work including a door that was hard to close. Noise in the room was a lot as there was not good sound proffing and a lot of the guests were noisy. The breakfast was really poor quality and there were so many people in there you could hardly het in. A hotel to avoid. »

« This place was so much nicer than a chain hotel. Our room was nicely decorated and comfortable, king size bed, fireplace and a large balcony overlooking the harbor. Continental breakfast in the lobby with other guests and a great cup of coffee is a great day starter. We have family living in Grand Haven so, we're sure to be staying again! »
