Introducing Vitsila Villa I

Set in the scenic Bali area of Rethymno, Vitsila Villa I is a clean-lined family retreat shaped by sea views, natural light, and the joyful rhythm of Cretan summer. One of two neighbouring villas, each offered separately and each with its own private facilities, it has been designed for families or friends who wish to enjoy privacy, comfort, and easy outdoor living close to one of Crete’s most loved coastal villages. Here, days unfold with a beautifully simple rhythm: mornings by the infinity pool, carefree hours in the children’s pool and play area, friendly ping-pong games, relaxed moments in the outdoor hydromassage, and shaded BBQ dinners beneath the Cretan sky. Indoors, the open-plan living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen create a bright and welcoming heart for shared meals, quiet pauses, and effortless holiday living.

External Living : The outdoor world of Vitsila Villa I is composed for light-filled summer living, sea-view leisure, and family connection. Across 240 m² of exterior spaces, the villa offers a private 45 m² infinity pool, a 12 m² children’s pool compartment, an 8 m² six-seater outdoor hydromassage, shaded dining area with gas BBQ and sink, designer loungers and outdoor furniture. A 50 m² artificial lawn area brings a playful family dimension, featuring outdoor toys with slides and table, together with a ping-pong table for relaxed games and easy moments together. Private parking is available for up to 2 cars.

*The villa is part of two neighbouring independent villas, each sold separately and each with its own private pool, creating an elegant retreat atmosphere. Kindly note that some areas may be overlooked.

The ground floor features an open-plan living room and dining area, together with a fully equipped kitchen that enjoys direct access to the BBQ area and pool terrace, allowing indoor comfort and outdoor living to flow naturally together. The living room features a 55’’ Smart TV and comfortable sofa lounge, creating an easy setting for quiet evenings, shared downtime, and relaxed family moments. A shared bathroom with shower is located next to the living room, serving the two ground-floor bedrooms. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and accommodation for up to 7 guests, the villa is ideal for families or loved ones seeking a bright sea-view retreat with private facilities and a playful outdoor rhythm.

Nestled amidst stunning surroundings, the picturesque village of Bali, once a humble fishing hamlet, has blossomed into a delightful tourist destination, offering captivating vistas of a quaint fishing harbour and the azure sea. This enchanting locale seamlessly combines the allure of the sea with the majesty of the mountains, creating a serene and romantic ambiance. *TO EXPLORE : The allure of Crete is impossible to ignore. Sandy beaches and crystalline waters. Quintessential blue and unique architecture carved into hillsides. Panormo, is a friendly sea side village, less than 15 minutes away by car and well known for its sandy beaches. The two main beaches are Limanaki and Limni. Both of them are sandy with clear blue water and ideal for kids, as they are shallow and well protected from winds. The beaches are organised and equipped with sun beds & umbrellas. Water sports are also available. The harbour beach in front of the village is the port of the area, where the boats tie up, this beach is unorganised. The village has all the facilities and amenities one would need : well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, a doctor’s office, a butcher's shop, bakery (hot, fresh bread every morning from 9 am), various gift shops and traditional seaside shops at very reasonable prices. Further, there is a good selection of cafes and excellent traditional tavernas, overlooking the harbour and the sea, which offer a warm welcome and a beautiful setting to enjoy some traditional Cretan food, fish as well as international dishes.

Convenient transportation links via buses from Heraklion and Rethymnon further enhance the accessibility of Bali, while the local harbour facilitates daily excursion boat trips to Rethymnon, treating passengers to a mesmerising journey along a unique coastline adorned with striking caves and rock formations.
