This property had great amenities, multiple hot tubs in and out, multiple pools, bar, restaurant, however, we saw a bug IN and behind our stove on our third day. We found a can of bug spray under the sink (clue there) and sprayed. The following day we had one walk across a yoga mat in the living area. Killed the bug and sprayed more intensely. The following day we found a bug IN the dishwasher! I contacted Hosteva because I'm not crazy about eating off plates that bugs crawl on, and they followed up with someone coming and spraying again, only to find a bug in the dishwasher AGAIN the next day! At that point, it was clear that we were not getting this issue resolved without a more intense treatment. Hosteva moved us to a new property that had a sauna, hot tub and indoor and outdoor pool. Once we packed everything up and unpacked at the new property we found out the sauna was out of order and the heater in the pool area was not working, so we went from all those great amenities to NO amenities for the entire balance of our stay. VERY disappointing. The gave me a $200 credit and 10% off our next stay, but I'm not really impressed with the response. It could have been an awesome stay, but took a bad turn. I will say Hosteva was very quick to respond to every text and call, unfortunately, they decided to downgrade us when they had to move us instead of finding us something equal or better for the inconvenience we experienced.
