Firstly the reservation desk individual was super rude. She kept talking over me. Secondly the 1st night that we got there the water to bathe with was lukewarm. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and stated maybe because they had a lot of occupancy, based on the basketball tournament that it was just above its bandwidth. So the next night when we got back from touring Myrtle, We went to take a bath in the Jacuzzi tub it was ice cold. I advised that it was ice cold.They said that they would send maintenance over. Maintenance literally walked in looked around walked out told me I needed to keep the water running for it to come from the boiler room up until the 8th floor. I did this I let it run for 30 minutes non-stop. Still ice cold. I then called they said that a supervisor would call me within an hour. No one ever called. When I called back no one answered the phone. I then called Expedia advising of the request for a refund. Only for Expedia to call the hotel. And them to advise that there will be no refund. The only thing they could give back was a parking fee we werent even advised of. I was booked until Monday, I ended up leaving Sunday morning because of this. They sent maintenance back out I no longer wanted to deal with the situation 2 hrs later. My patience had run out, I just knew that I would be leaving in the am. All of crown reef employees were not friendly not caring not empathetic not professional as a platinum customer I'd never recommend.
