From the penthouse level, floor-to-ceiling windows frame wide-open Atlantic views from the living room, and a covered balcony with Adirondack chairs and a high-top table is the perfect spot for morning coffee or dinner above the beach.



The open living and dining area has comfortable seating, a wall-mounted smart TV and a wet bar. The kitchen has granite countertops, a refrigerator, electric range, built-in microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, cookware and dishes, plus a breakfast bar with stools and a dining table for family meals.



The primary bedroom has a king bed, opens directly onto the balcony and has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower and a walk-in closet.
