- Boats, trailers, and motorcycles are not allowed.
- Fireworks & Laser Pointers:
- The discharge of fireworks is strictly prohibited on the property and is illegal within city limits.
- Laser pointers are also illegal and may not be used from the property.
- Age Requirement:
- This property is intended for families with children.
- If booking for a group of individuals, ALL guests must be 25 years of age or older.
- We do not rent to chaperoned students or student groups unless all guests are over 25 years old.
