Very comfy beds and pillows! Clean overall except patios were black and gooey. Cushions were moldy outside. Wonderful water pressure. Soaps and shampoos provided smelled really good. Loved the pools and all the hot tubs! Covered garage parking was nice. Fast elevators. Dishwasher didnt work:( Definitely need a small tv console instead of a folding chair. Only 3 drinking glasses, need more. Was great for a 4 day quick trip to the closest beach near our home. Had great weather too. Price very reasonable for a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo!!!! Ocean viees from bed were nice too.

Lovely apartment. Kitchen utensils were lacking. No sharp knives. Dish washer stank to high heaven. We were going to run one cycle before we left only to discover it easnt working at all. There was no plug for the kitchen sink, so we had to use a tub to have dish water. Directly outside under the livingroom/bedroom balcony was a loud poolside speaker. The view was nice. We caught some beautiful sunrises each morning. The apartment smelled stale. There were Glade plug ins that were harsh to inhale especially for one person who has asthma. But, once the harsh Glade smell went away, the smells they were trying to cover were prevalent. Not stinky, just very stale. The main ve6droom tv was not connected to anything, so we could not watch it. OVERALL, I would stay again, but hopefully the issues brought up would be corrected.

Served its purpose. Upon arrival the condo was clean. Kitchen is stocked with many appliances, plates and utensils. The dishwasher did not work from day one. I reached out to the customer service number. They said they would contact their “local” person and get back to me. But I never heard another thing from them. Running the dishwasher was one of the checking out requirements and there were no real dish rags or towels in the condo so we had to use bathroom items to wash dishes all week. Obviously it’s not an end of the world thing but did become an inconvenience having to hand wash dishes a couple times a day. We were not given the 4 digit code to get into the lobby before 7 and after 11. So each time we walked to the beach early or late, we would get the message from security that we’re suppose to have a pin for the pin pad, that they aren’t suppose to let us in, but they begrudgingly did. The convince of beach access was great. Pools and hot tubs were clean and very nice. The grounds around the property were kind of dirty but not disgusting. Not the nicest place we’ve ever stayed but not the worst. Could use some updating but if you’re looking for somewhere to sleep and great pools/access to the beach this does check those boxes.

If I were the owner of this condo I would be pissed. They should really take a look for themselves and pop in sometime. Very small. Great location. Pictures online are misleading as to what you actually get. 100% NOT worth the money I paid. All of the mid reviews are spot on. First night there we contacted them about internet and tvs not working( setup was a metal chair!? WTH)I heard back the next day with another contact because the person we were communicating with was off that day and the next. So our entire weeks stay we had none. It rained everyday off and on and we had to pick up at the beach then go back would’ve been nice for our little. Next the dishwasher didn’t work. Property’s location is great for the beach and pools. The smell of chlorine in the room was over bearing the first night but it went away as we tried to air it out. Clothing, phones, cards, soda bottles on the roof just outside on balcony that was an eye sore. We never sat outside on either balconies because of the dirty, moldy patio chairs( I will post a picture) we only used for beach stuff storage. If you’re coming with a large SUV over 6’8 as we did beware there are very few actual spaces for you to park in. Huge parking garage but we couldn’t use and small compact cars felt obligated to use ones they shouldn’t so we were left to find ones off property. Wish we would’ve know that. Overall we had a great vacation tried to spend very little time there. Way overpriced would not rebook.

Will be first to arrive the air conditioning unit cause the room to smell terribly! It made us quite nauseous! Dishwasher doesn’t work. The furniture in the property was thrift store quality! The patio furniture was really disgusting. It looked filthy and there’s no way we would spend any time out there! There was trash all over just outside the window on the landing! We contacted. We contacted VRBO to try to cancel our last two nights and find somewhere else to stay, but they were absolutely no help! Beware.

Think twice before booking here

Our stay was not pleasant at all unfortunately. We stayed Saturday-Saturday. Upon arrival, our condo was to be provided parking passes and wristbands. The wristbands were not provided and we noticed the lock to our front door was loose. I reached out Saturday to let them know. Saturday evening we received a response and was told they put a "ticket" in for our two issues. The wristbands give you access to the pools/spa/hot tub, and to order drinks and food from the main level. Sunday we still had no wristbands. I reached out again and was told they have the ticket but they are waiting on a response. Monday...no wristbands. 2 full days without wristbands. When I asked how we were to access the pool and hot tub when security is checking every 30-60 mins, I was advised they let the property managers know and to go ahead. We were approached TWICE by security. Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning. Which caused a scene. Security brought the property manager over and we were told they were never informed and we would need our wristbands. We were asked TWICE to leave the pool. On two separate occasions. Saturday night, Sunday all day, Monday all day, Tuesday all day...Finally on Wednesday afternoon someone brought us our wristbands. My daughters are not much beach girls and enjoy the pool. We had to think of other things to do for 2 fulls days. They wouldn't serve us food or drinks without wristbands either. Lock never fixed. We left a day early. HORRIBLE

Review of Vacasa

Location was great. We were near everything. The size of the home was great! Loved that it was two bathrooms. What i didn't like was that dishwasher was broken the entire stay & contacted them 3 times, no one showed up to fix it. Also, the day before our departure, 9am they fixing the unit above me (loud banging) and i called and staff were kind of rude about it. They could have let us know beforehand or asked them to start later in the day. 9am on vacation i couldn't sleep. I would give it a 6 or 7/10 due to that.

Absolutely FILTHY

I gave this property 2 starts only because the beach/ocean were amazing. The condo is disgusting. When we arrived, the unit had NOT been cleaned. Blood on the sheets, HAIR all over, MOLD all over the tub & shower curtain, and nothing of the "starter kit" of household items. I contacted them as soon as we arrived Thursday evening and was told I'd hear from someone Friday. No-one reached out Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and we left Monday. I have asked every single day for a phone number of someone to talk to and NOONE will help me.
