There was chipped paint on workwork, a portion of the paint on the bathroom door was torn off, and in general the place looked tired and in need or refreshing. The big problem came when I tried to sleep on the pull out sofa...it was horrible. I noticed the next am that there was a metal piece poking out on the floor and the shower wasn't draining. I put in a request. The drain was fixed that day, but the repairman said the springs in the sleeper were broken. He indicated to my husband it would be repaired. Never heard back even after sending in three more messages. Unfortunate that I slept on night on the sofa and one night on the floow.
