« The apartment view is the best ever! We had just a problem with a refrigerator, but you fixed it. And the weather in the tub and the sink didn't go well, however it wasn't a big problem for us. We appreciate all the days in the apartment. »

« The condo itself was great. It was nice to have two bedrooms and bathrooms. Such easy access to the beach. We loved the condo. Our issue was the condo was completely infested with fruit flies. They could be seen throughout the entire condo. It was disgusting. Also, if you have an oversized car be aware of the small space to fit it. We were able to luckily park in the oversized spots at the entrance to the complex. »

« Home needs ordinary upgrades for example, rusted bathroom shower rods, metal toilet brush cleaners are rusted, master bed has huge sink hole in middle of mattress, fenced in area could use some simple maitenance. »

« Place is dated and the pictures do not do justice to the overall state of the rooms, absolutely terrible. There was roaches all over the rooms, kitchen, and even in the lights. There was construction next door that started promptly at 7am and ran till 5/5:30pm that just really added to the experience.
