« I had a good stay until the last day of my trip when I had a package delivered and front desk staff were very off about the package information. Please do better, was so humiliated in the front desk asking for my package and the staff responded with ‘No package under your name came’ repeatedly with guests all around watching. All for my package to actually be stored somewhere else not in the front desk. But the room was nice and clean, quiet spot for a stay away from the chaotic city. But WiFi...

« L’accueil était top, personnel présent et agréable qui nous trouve même un taxi pour l’aéroport à 5:30am. Séjour de 3 nuits. Appartement propre et fonctionnel, avec chambre séparée et petit balcon (idéal pour sécher nos vêtements après la piscine). Quartier vivant avec différents restaurants et commerces au pied du bâtiment. Piscine plutôt grande et bien exposée au soleil. Le petit bémol reste l’isolation, on entent quelque tambour etc... nous étions en pleine période de fête de Lapu-Lapu. »

« I love it there. Easy access and across the SM mall. The view at night was amazing and facilities was good too. I stayed in a condo so I only ask question at front desk but nothing I need to address any concern during my stay. It's affordable too and so accessible. We enjoyed the pool and we want to stay there again. »

« Globally excellent 4 night stay. Our room was facing the back so it was quiet. The mattress was a bit too soft for us, but had no problems sleeping. Had a problem with their in-house laundry service; i think the drying temperature was too high as several of our clothes shrunk too much - true we did not inform them to be careful of delicate clothes, but unusual to see some shrinking in clothes we normally have dried with a dryer at home. »
