« Superbe ancien palais rénové avec beaucoup de goût dans un cadre enchanteur, toute l'équipe est très attentionnée et très professionnelle. La cuisine est variée et très bonne, la plupart des légumes sont cultivés sur place. On n'a pas essayé le Spa, mais la piscine et le jacuzzi sont parfaits. »

« Purely Fake hotel, They have checked In on my behalf, Since I was not available as this booking was made mistakenly and they were Aware of it so did check in for some other customer on my behalf. a big lier managment. Worst ever seen managemnt of both hotel and expedia. »

« Had booked based on information provided that says 7 min walk from Nathdwara temple. After booking have tried to contact them on number provided multiple times but did not get response. After reaching Nathdwara no one was aware about location for this. Had to search for another hotel with family. After 3 days got response saying it is 23 minutes drive from Nathdwara and money can not be refunded. »

« Bad service, they didn’t mention check in time but only check out time, so when my parent reached early they had to wait for 6 hours to check in »

« We had the worst experience with this hotel. Payed almost double the amount and it was super dirty- sheets and pillows had stains, blankets were heavily stained. No hot showers either- freezing cold water during winters. »
