„It has potential but some of the areas were not available not because it’s unfinished but they make it open only for private function. (Ei:Mini Japan) The employees are kind and friendly but the staff at their Amare Restaurant wasn’t so helpful and friendly m. The rooms are nice but some areas are unclean most especially the swimming pool which is so important that they should keep clean. There are too much mosquitoes as well! „While the property has beautiful views of Taygaytay lake, the hotel was empty on arrival and it seemed that they were not expecting any guests at the time. While I understand checkin was 3pm and we arrived around noon, it was fairly disappointing that on an empty hotel they were no able to accomodate us for early checkin which wasn't even early at all. We had to wait until 3pm to be able to check in. The rooms while they are okay they are not as nice as pictured. Also the passage ways are right ...

„Finding the property was quite an adventure since the app we used made us drive around the back which was not easily passable. Also, the room we got still smelled like fresh paint, so we asked to be transferred, which the hotel staff promptly did. Overall experience was average. Not too bad, but not exceptional.“

"Hallo zusammen, das Hotel war sehr schlecht gedämmt, man konnte alles von draußen hören. Die Kissen und das Bett waren extrem hart. Der Pool war unterdurchschnittlich und nicht sauber. Das personal war auch nicht gerade nett, sie haben unser Gepäck nicht hoch gebracht und auch nicht den Weg gezeigt. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung somit 2 Sterne sonst würde ich ich nur einen geben. Für das Geld kriegst man bestimmt was besseres. "
