« 3泊４日の旅でした。飛行機を使ってのパックでの家族旅行。子供も小さく、またアレルギー対応など細々と、行く前にお願いをしました。手違い等もあり、予定と違うこともあったのですが、こちらがビックリするほど丁寧に対応いただき、心身ともに気持ちのよい旅をさせていただきました。ぜひお勧めしたい宿です！料理も美味しく、お風呂も綺麗で清潔、スタッフの皆さんも本当に親切に気持ちよく対応してくださいました。距離も有り、なかなか行けない場所ですが、機会があれば必ずまたお世話になりたい！そう思える宿でした！スタッフの皆さん、本当にありがとうございました！ »

« Decent hotel overall. However : - The bathrooms could have been newer and cleaner. - The breakfast buffet is too crowded and messy. - The pool is also kind of small considering the number of rooms in the hotel. - The onsen and the pool are not tattoo-friendly which is a shame considering most guests are tourists and many onsens in Beppu welcome tattooed guests. « Staff were very friendly and courteous. Kaiseki dinner and buffet breakfast were out of the world! Onsen, water temperature was perfect, and Jungle Onsen was interesting. Our room was tatami room with 2 beds which was large enough and comfortable. Even though the unit was rustic, it was very clean. They had no problem picking us up from the JR station even though I called the hotel in the morning of the arrival day. (Get off at JR Chikugo-Yoshiimachi station.)
