„Wonderful 5 night stay at Regenta, Bhuj Large bedrooms, bathrooms Good friendly staff. Very good breakfast spread with North, south, Gujarati and continental menu Overall a very comfortable stay“

„We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The reception staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating—always ready to help and support us whenever needed. There are plenty of food options available below the hotel, with the added convenience of having meals delivered directly to the room. The room itself was clean, well maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping and towel replenishment were promptly provided upon request. A couple of things to be aware of: the room can ...

„Until fully staffed don’t go!! Gosh, where do I start!!! The staff are lovely but they don’t have enough. The breakfast was nice but lunch and dinner were served after 1 hr. The property is nice but they will count every towel after u leave so don’t leave ur towel in gym or beach. I would never go back to this hotel. But they want to help but they cant. “

„Erster Eindruck von Service und Zimmer war sehr gut. Das Essensauswahl war klein aber das Essen war gut. Aber in 2 Tagen waren es insgesamt zu viele Probleme und der Service war zwar bemüht, aber meist wenig hilfreich. Beim Frühstück war das Abfragen der Zimmernummer wichtiger als einen Tee zu bringen. „I had a very disappointing experience staying at this hotel. The service was extremely poor and the staff seemed uninterested in helping guests. The room was not properly cleaned when I checked in — there was dust, the bathroom was not hygienic, and overall maintenance was very bad. „We had a terrible experience with the hotel as we complained about all issues we were having and the general manager did not respond to our issues in a timely and efficient manner unlike the other hotels we have been despite 2 emails to the general manager, we received no response ! Generally speaking, the standards were quite low for the rating we chose and paid for. Please contact the general manager to escalate this in order for us to be compensated for many negative issues.“

„Better cleanliness desired, staff needs better training. Hearth & soul missing in the team“

„Fantastic service and food. Can’t beat that. Perfect for NRI. It is more like all inclusive resort where food and outings all are included. They have buses which take you to tourist places included in package ( verify by calling )“

„Nice place to Stay, and Good Staff “
