It took a bit to find it, but it was worth the search! It’s basically brand new and very well laid out. Two good size bedrooms downstairs and the kids loved having the upstairs loft bedroom with their own bathroom and TV. Fantastic location for activities: minigolf is a 2 minute walk, a huge park nearby, and lots of cool spots within a short drive (Coombs, Cathedral Grove, etc).
