Da ich beruflich hier bin, habe ich keine großen Ansprüche. Das Motel ist für den Preis Ok, gut am Strand gelegen, aber nicht an der kleinen City.

Comfortable stay in a handy location

Spent a very comfortable night at this motel. Motel is well maintained and in good condition. Its in a handy location about 5km from CBD and walking distance to the beach and port district (with lots of eating opportunities).

Room was very clean was a bit worried as we had read bad reviews but we were very surprised and quite happy with our stay. Kids loved pool

Good budget hotel

We arrived late but the front desk had phoned us to confirm our reservation as the front desk would be closed when we arrived. They left our key out for us. The accommodations were small but clean and tidy. We didn't have a chance to use the pools but the indoor one looked pretty nice. It was advertised as a waterfront accommodation... to be clear, waterfront does not mean beachfront. It's located near a marina and an inlet, not a beach. Over all, good budget hotel, good value. Cheers!

This motel was very disappointing as it is not as shown on the Internet. The place is run down and is serious need of updating and could be improved easily.

Couple in next room had two dogs in the room overnight with them, the hotel policy was listed as no pets, but they seem to allow as they please.

Close to everything great spot

Great sized 2 bedder. 3 singles in one and a long size in the other. Very comfortable beds! Great having black out curtains but due to being middle of winter this added to the heat. Was nice to have 2 fans but both seemed to just move the heat around. As we didn't have kiddy locks we couldn't leave windows open overnight. This would be the perfect place when not the middle of winter. Great to have an indoor pool and to be able to walk to the beach. Perfect position.

Disappointing

My room had no towells and looked like it had missed being cleaned. We had booked 3 rooms with children and were sitting relaxing outside when the kitchen staff started cleaning up. The language used was disgusting and when we asked them to tone it down they got louder and cruder

Great place to stay near everything

A very clean and tidy room with excellent daily cleaning from the girls. Plenty of hot water and spa bath. Park your car outside your room. Sky tv with over 50 channels High speed Internet Swimming pool On site restaurant with great views 5 minute drive into napier Westsore marina with great restaurants and walks. Ideal for families

Great location

The rooms themselves are fine, but we walked in to a bathroom that had empty boxes for shower caps and other such items, and we had to go and request them at the reception. No biggie though, staff were friendly and willing. Also some of the tea bags were old. The enclosed pool area looked like it could use some maintenance. But still warm and nice to swim in. The back yard and gardens too looked like it needed some cleaning and maintenance.

Nice place to stay but maybe time to update sofas

It was very pleasant and handy to walk over the bridge to watch waka ama.The staff were very helpful especially the cleaners.My son unfortunately had the sofa bed and you could feel the springs sticking through a very thin mattress.The manager gave him a fold up bed that wasn't much better so he used the sofa cushions under the mattress.

Great location

enjoyable walk along the estuary and wharf frontage to many restaurants and bars. Also the motel has rear access on to the stony beach to walk ride and swim if you wish. Easy access to the motorways north or south of napier.
