  • Willkommen bei Imperial Shores und den Stränden von Bonita Springs und Südwest-Florida.

    Dieses 2003 einstöckigen Haus wurde liebevoll aktualisiert und die detaillierten Fliesenarbeiten in dem gesamten Küche, Wohnzimmer und Badezimmer werden Sie sofort in der Liebe mit diesem Verleih fallen. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über einen 65-Zoll-4K-Fernseher mit Surround-Sound und der Liegebereich bietet bequem Platz für sechs Personen. Auf der anderen Seite des Raumes ist ein Kicker der jüngeren Mitglieder Ihrer Familie sowie Junggebliebene zu unterhalten. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, Schlafzimmer 2 und 3 Königinnen haben, und das 4. Schlafzimmer hat ein Etagenbett mit einem Doppelbett auf dem unteren Bett und einem Twin auf der oberen. Es gibt sogar Platz für Babys mit einem Pack N Play, das von den Besitzern zur Verfügung gestellt wird. 3 Schlafzimmer haben einen eigenen 48-Zoll-Smart-Fernseher.

    Die große Wohnküche hat einen Tisch für acht Personen und die Bartheke hat drei Barhocker für zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheiten. Die LG Küchengeräte sind brandneu, ebenso die Waschmaschine und der Trockner.

    Der Hinterhof bietet einen brandneuen übergroßen beheizten Pool mit viel Platz für die Liegestühle und Tisch und Stühle. Sie werden Strand Spielzeug in der Garage zusammen mit Schwimmwesten für drei Kinder. Während Sie am Pool hängen heraus, schließen Sie Ihr iPhone oder Galaxy mit dem Wasserdichtes Bluetooth-Lautsprecher von den Eigentümern zur Verfügung gestellt Ihren Genuss am Pool abzurunden.

    Die Unterkunft selbst bietet alle Arten von Obstbäumen. Sie sollten morgens ausgehen, um Bananen- oder Sternfrüchte zum Frühstück sowie Zitronen und Limetten für Ihre Erwachsenengetränke "ab fünf Uhr irgendwo" zu pflücken.

    Das Innere und Äußere des Hauses wurden mit Akkordeon Fensterläden an allen Fenstern und Türen für Sturmsicherung und ein Alarm und Feueralarmsystem für zusätzliche Sicherheit vor kurzem gemalt.

    Dies ist ein idealer Ort für Strand- und Bootsliebhaber und liegt in der Nähe zahlreicher feiner Restaurants (innerhalb eines Radius von 8 der 10 besten Restaurants in Bonita Springs) sowie von Einkaufs- und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten. Sie können mit den drei von den Eigentümern zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrrädern zum nur 1,6 km entfernten Barefoot Beach radeln.

    Sie sind weniger als 30 Minuten vom internationalen Flughafen Fort Myers (RSW), 10 Minuten von der Coconut Point Mall (Lifestyle-Einkaufszentrum mit Geschäften, Restaurants und Residenzen) und 25 Minuten von der Innenstadt von Neapel entfernt. Wer sagt, dass man nicht alles haben kann?

I can't say enough about how wonderful this whole experience was. Super host for sure. Always available...the best!! House is just incredible and so comfy. Beautifully decorated, wwll stocked and plenty of towels and supplies. Lots of pool toys, and we got to have some delicious mangos from the tree Great location too.

The property was well appointed and very nice. We had an issue with the ice maker and it was immediately taken care of! Our family enjoyed the pool area and the location was perfect for our son’s wedding at Barefoot Beach Club. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. We had enough space for all of us and close to the beach. The pool was the best spot for us. Everything was beautiful and the pool and patio space is where spent a lot of our time.

Comfortable Bonita Home

The home and property are extremely nice with many amenities and everything you need to enjoy your vacation. We really enjoyed riding the bikes to the beach ! Four nice bikes, beach chairs, well stocked kitchen, comfortable furnishings, good location and security spot lights all make this house very attractive. The house is located in a very diversified neighborhood which may be a negative factor for some.

Perfect Stay

This house was incredibly comfortable… everything felt new, clean, and thoughtfully stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, there were multiple detergent options for the washing machine, and plenty of pool toys and beach towels were available.The beds and couch were super comfy, and the pool was perfectly heated and private thanks to the beautiful, lush landscaping.Location-wise, it couldn’t be more convenient. We were just minutes from all the restaurants we wanted to try, errands were a breeze, and the beach was a quick drive away. It only took us 9 minutes to get to Mercato in North Naples!A bottle of wine was waiting for us upon arrival and the owner was very responsive. Truly the best rental we’ve ever booked. Highly recommend!

All the amenities you'll need!

This is a beautiful home, located in a convenient area of Bonita Springs, only a mile away from beautiful beaches. The first thing that we noticed when we walked in was how clean the place was! We had 10 people stay here, including 5 granddaughters age 6-12. They spent almost all of their waking hours in the lovely pool! The two sitting areas were great when the kids watched a movie at night in one area, and the adults sat in the other area to visit. Nice linens in bathrooms, plenty of beach towels and pool toys, well stocked kitchen. Johnny, the owner, was always very quick to respond and even reached out during our visit to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend this place for a vacation rental.

Perfection!

Weve stayed in 10 different VRBO rental homes in southwest Florida over the years. This is the best by far, and the only one I want to return to. It is the cleanest, most well equipped and furnished, and the owner is a great guy. He responds to texts within a minute. We had a problem with the dishwasher on a Sunday and he had a handyman there within a few hours Amazing! The kitchen has high quality cookware, dishes flatware etc., which is very rare in rental homes. The heated pool and lanai are beautiful and there are lots of pool toys and beach towels. Location is close to the beach, shopping and great restaurants. We're already booked for next year.

Wonderful home near the beach!

My family and I stayed here for a week after this past Christmas. It was ourselves and 5 children (ages 14, 14, 13, 10, 9). The space worked well for us with the eldest two and youngest two sharing rooms. The bunk room was great for the 14 year olds. All bedrooms except kids bunk room had TVs. Home has large open concept kitchen, living room, family room area that makes great for small family/friend get togethers. Easy access to the beach via short bike ride or ride to public access. We know the area well so were not surprised by the fact a number of homes in the area were destroyed during last few hurricanes. Rebuilding though seems to be on the uptake. A number of lots still for sale nearby. Area also has a number of multi-family/duplex options that are most likely rentals. The proximity to beach and other resources though were enough for us to overlook this and book anyway. The homeowner did a great job remodeling. Everything is clean with modern lines and well thought out. I'd book this spot again. I'm excited to see the area be redeveloped with the increase number of investors and renovations going up in the area. Area was safe and I'd take my family back here again without hesitation. Great spot for a family getaway!

Wonderful stay

Beautiful modern property with pool/lanai impeccably maintained. Owners have thought of everything, well equipped with pool toys, towels, beach equipment, and a well stocked kitchen. On a quiet street close to everything about a mile from the beach. Great communication with owners—provided comprehensive details prior to arrival with frequent check-ins during the stay. Look forward to our next visit!

Perfect in every way 👍🏼👍🏼

The house was beautiful, extremely clean and very well equipped. We had our daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren with us, ages 1 and 4. They had regular toys, pool toys, beach toys and plenty of floats. They also had a pack and play & high chair. The pool and lanai area were beautiful. You won’t be disappointed with this house and the host was great.

Great for family get away!

Perfect for a family get away! From the furnishings, the well stocked kitchen, beach and pool toys .. feels like we just stopped by a family members house! The location is nice and quiet, close enough to beaches. The owner, Johnny, is amazingly accommodating and very attentive to making sure your stay is perfect .. definitely would return!

All-Around Five Star

Our stay at Bonita Shores was wonderful. The home is meticulous and clean. The home was well supplied and had everything we needed to make nice dinners! The sitting areas were roomy and comfortable - they easily accommodated our 6’+ sons. Honestly, this rental exceeded our expectations for comfort and ambiance. The pool was lovely. And the location was central and close to the beach. You must rent!
