It is a quiet comfortable little hotel. The beds are not the best, the bathroom could be cleaner, but overall for 1 or 2 nights it is a perfect place to sleep. The main central station with a metro also is just about 6 minutes away.

Schlimmste Hotel, fürchterliche Nacht
Frage mich echt, wie man für diese Bude 50 Euro die Nacht nehmen kann. Ich hatte Probleme durch die Airline, die meinen Flug gestrichen hat und brauchte dann schnell etwas für eine weitere Nacht. Ohne mich in Neapel auszukennen. Google Mail sagte mir genau zwischen Altstadt und Bahnhof, um die Ecke ein Best Western 4 Sterne Hotel am Platz, bezahlbar. Wird schon okay sein. Alleine die Ankunft war gruselig, ich hatte gefragt, ob es möglich ist, das Handgepäck im Hotel zu lassen. Kein Englisch der Person an der Rezeption war schon schwierig, er hat mir dann aber zu verstehen gegeben, dass er mein Gepäck in einen Raum für "Luggage" stellt. Pustekuchen. Als ich 3 Stunden später wieder kam, stand mein Gepäck unter einem Tisch mitten im Flur und ich war schon froh, vorher alle Wertsachen eingepackt zu haben. Dann ging es ins Zimmer eine Etage drunter. Ameisen ohne Ende, kaputte Dusche, kaputte Klospülung, Blick in einen krass vermüllten Innenhof, das hellhörigste Zimmer was ich je hatte (Kolumbien, Vietnam und unzählige europäische Hostels) waren allesamt besser. Das Publikum im Hotel war grausig. Es wurde viel herumgebrüllt, Türen geschlagen und es hat auf dem Flur aus einem Zimmer heraus bestialisch gestunken. Auch die Gegend vor dem Hotel war ziemlich wild und man hat sich nicht sonderlich sicher gefühlt. Service war eine Katastrophe, obwohl man gesehen hat, dass auf Etage 2 noch jeder Schlüssel verfügbar war, war ein Tausch laut unfreundlichem Personal nicht möglich

Der Hotelbereich ist sehr sauber und freundlich gestaltet. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend. Etwas befremdend dürfte für so manchen Reisenden der Aufgang, das Stiegenhaus sein. Aber das hat mit dem Hotel selbst nichts zu tun.

Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe
Für einen kurzen Städtetrip ist das Hotel geeignet. Es liegt sehr nah am Bahnhof, was für einem Trip nach Pompeji sinnvoll ist. Auch die neapolitanische Altstadt kann gut zu Fuß erreicht werden. Die Lage in Bahnhofsnähe führt allerdings auch dazu, dass ein sehr gemischtes Publikum dort unterwegs ist. Das Hotel an sich ist in Ordnung. Das Personal sehr nett, das Frühstück italienischen Verhältnissen entsprechend und die Zimmer sauber (unseres zumindest). Unser Zimmer war allerdings recht hellhörig, was bei einem leichten Schlaf störend sein kann, da jede Ankunft im Flur hörbar ist.

This was a very convenient location because it was right next to the train station, but the hotel itself was not in a very safe place we felt (two girls). The man running it was very kind, and we were glad it was cheap. Would reccomend if you’re only there to quickly sleep and get out… shared bathroom/shower

Good value for the price . Clean tecently renovated room and bathroom . Reception staff very patient and efficient . Good location for those transiting to airport or train station or visiting Naples for 2-3 days . Also a short walk to historic centre . Some visitors may be detereed by the area but thats what one expects around most train stations .

on arriving the first impression of the entrance is very disappointing , dirty and probably not decorated for many many years. however my room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable and its only 5 minutes from the railway station. so if you can look past the entrance the room was good.

Alright but nothing to write home about
Room was ok, but noting special. It's close to the station and had late check-in which were ideal for us. If you're not arriving late and don't need to be close to the station for an early departure, then you can probably find better for the money.

Nice basic hotel, very close to station. Clean, beds okay, be open minded. The area seems dodgy around the hotel, but it's actually not and all the folk we encountered were friendly. Some great pizza places within 10 minutes walk north.

Hotel is located less than a 5 minute walk from the central train station. Rooms are clean, bathroom is clean, water in the shower is HOT, and the AC in the rooms is strong (even waking up several times in the night cold!). Yes the neighborhood around the hotel isn’t the best, but the staff at the hotel has no control over that, and we even noticed that’s how a majority of Naples is (do your research on the city itself before visiting). For the price of the hotel I really don’t know where the bad reviews come from. People want a 5 star hotel for the price of 60 Euro a night. Also, the manager is very kind, polite, and hospitable. We had no issues while staying here and would definitely return for the price that we paid for the room. The building and the hotel itself are very secure, requiring to be buzzed in for entry to both. The bed is also comfortable considering some of the other locations we have stayed in in the country. Overall, a great experience if you want a very central location for a very good price.

Impossible to sleep
4 nights spent in this hotel, great location. Unfortunately we didn't sleep one good night, the cleaning crew was talking really loudly in the corridor every morning at 8:00 am. They made so much noise until 10:00 am, walls were very thin. Also our room was attached to the upclosed room and we shared some kind of a window, so we couldn't sleep very long neither because of the light coming from it.

The hotel is located very close to the central railway station in Naples. Just a few minutes walking. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor, and there is an elevator, although quite small. The room was clean and tidy and king size. I came with a bik which I keep in my room whiles not in use. The staff was kind and helpful. And most important, at least for me, you get a good stay for a cheep money.

The area that the hotel is situated is dirty and scary. Did not feel comfortable walking around during the day, let alone at night. The entrance to the hotel is also dirty and dark. You have to be buzzed into the area where your room is every time. they don’t give you a key and sometimes take a while to answer the buzzer. Linen and bedding was stained and dirty. Tv didn’t work Aircon remote didn’t work. Had to stand up on the bed to turn it on and couldn’t change the settings or temperature. Shower had bugs that came out of the drain overnight after a shower. Dirty towel left in the room from guests before Lots of noise coming from the other rooms and hallways (not soundproof) Our room was entered by housekeeping staff but not locked again and left ajar all day. The hotel is cheaper than other places in Naples but just avoid staying in this area around the central station all together. Would rather spend a lot extra to stay somewhere else.
