The staff member I communicated with during check-in was friendly and responsive, and I appreciated how easy the late check-in process was. I also liked that the property was completely keyless, which made arrival very convenient.
Unfortunately, the room itself was not clean upon arrival. There were visible hairs on the bedsheets that were not mine, hairs on the single towel provided (which I refused to use), and stains on the bedsheets and pillowcases. Because I arrived very late at night, I had no choice but to stay.
When I messaged about the issue, the response felt dismissive and lacked an apology. The problem was addressed the next morning, and the cleaning staff member was apologetic, changed the sheets, provided a clean towel, and brought two bottles of water. He also noted that only one towel had been left for a three-day stay.
While I appreciate that the issue was eventually resolved, the initial state of the room suggested it had not been thoroughly cleaned prior to my arrival.
