Weekend Getaway

House was very modern and matched description online well. Management contacted me and quickly fixed a few small issues. Beds were a little too firm for our liking. Overall great place to stay for 3 couples.

Quick trip to broadway

Condos location was great. Quick Uber ride to Broadway or downtown area. There is a grocery store right across the street which was very convenient. The condo itself was decorated so cute and was super comfortable. Loved that each couple had their own bathroom.

Enjoyable Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very close to everything. Our only thought against the property was more chairs are needed/larger dining table as the unit has capacity for more than four people. Otherwise it was a great place and very convenient.

From Newfoundland to Nashville

3 couples travelled to Nashville to celebrate birthday milestones and cross it off our bucket list. The home really was “our home” for our stay and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hosts answered my every question and from booking to arrival it was as efficient process. The neighbourhood was lovely and walking distance to the farmers market and other events. I would recommend this property to anyone travelling to Nashville looking to be a good distance from everything. It was a trip to remember and so thankful to have had this place for our getaway.

Great Rental

Really enjoyed this property! Everything was clean, in working order and as presented. The master has lovely high ceilings and a balcony and a large bathroom. It’s within walking distance of a Kroger and a lovely neighborhood with many great restaurants and bars. There are a few issues with the neighborhood where the house is actually located but we had no problems personally. Would stay again.

Great place and location.

This property was as expected. Our son lives in Germantown so it was conveniently located and walkable to everything Germantown has to offer - Farmer’s Market, restaurants, shops and breweries. It was clean and well appointed. Labels for drawers and light switches were a nice touch. We had no issues with the neighborhood and we were able to park behind the unit. We traveled with another couple and had plenty of privacy with two bedrooms having en-suite baths. We would stay here again.

Description of Property Inaccurate - Beware

I want to start off by saying that this property was quite nice. The inside was just as expected, up to the point where we were supposed to have a garage attached to the house. Upon arrival I saw that the listing was incorrect and I immediately called both VRBO and AvantStay to get it fixed. After talking to an AvantStay manager I was told that they could not switch us to another location but I would be receiving another call regarding compensation. We had multiple people staying at the location and it was important to the guests with me to be able to secure their cars for the weekend. While, AvantStay allowed us to park behind the house, this was not what was agreed upon in the terms. If I would have known prior to booking, I would have booked another property. We stayed at the house with no issues on the weekend and when the weekend was over I again had to reach out to management to get the situation fixed. I was paying the same amount without a garage that the other houses were paying with a garage and that was frustrating. In the end, AvantStay offered us 5% back per night and a $250 credit(which does nothing for me because I do not travel). Overall the stay was fine, but when you have to chase a management team to get resolution to an issue and see such a small result, it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. TLDR - Beware of listings if you want a place to park your vehicles. I was told that it was fixed in the listing, but on my side they did not compensate for effort that I had to put in for them to make an attempt to make it right.

Fun Girls trip

The house was amazing. More than enough room for 6 friends traveling together for a birthday trip. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The Master bedroom and bathroom were huge. The living room kitchen area was perfect. A box of goodies from the property manager was left on the counter including things you might have forgotten, a hat, water bottle, tote, etc. The location is a little farther from downtown but we found it very easy to get a lyft or uber, and they were reasonably priced. It was nice to have a kroger supermarket across the street. it was quiet at night. Very easy to get into the property as you are given a code before you check in. Would def stay here again if i was was to visit again. Def recommend

Beautiful Rooms and Convenient Location

The property managers were delightful to work with. I made a mistake with my booking (entirely my fault), and they were so accommodating and kind to help me resolve my issue. The property was gorgeous, convenient. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful Place but lacking in the neighborhood

We absolutely loved the place but felt a little uncomfortable with the neighborhood. The House was beautiful and we really enjoyed it. I do not recommend this neighborhood for people who are use to staying in more of a secure atmosphere. All in all the place is good.

One of my very best VRBO experiences.

The property was perfect: accommodations exactly as described, very well apportioned. But perhaps the best part was the support we received from the members of the management staff. All-in-all it was perfect - and I’m picky!

Unit 8 did not have beds for 10 as advertised

The advertisement says sleeps 10 but only advertised 3 beds. So, I contacted the management company that said the that there are tri-fold beds in the unit for the last 4 people. Unit 8 had a pull-out couch and an air mattress. I disagree that an air matress qualifies as a bed!

Daughter’s 21st Birthday

The property is so very cute. The unit we stayed in was very clean and decorated very nicely. The only disappointment was not having additional bedding for the pullout couch and air mattress. We had to go buy sheets and blankets. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice home for a short weekend vacation.

I can't even begin to say how nice this rental experience was! The house was very nicely decorated, ample room for my husband, me, and our two teenagers. It was nice having the basic supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, hand-soap, shampoo, etc.) as well as towels provided, as some rental houses expect you to bring those items. Both VRBO and AvantStay were easy to work with. The house and surrounding houses seemed safe. Keep in mind that the area is "up and coming", a mix of new spaces with the neighborhood homes and businesses. The Kroger across the street is incredibly busy, but my husband walked over to pick up some things each day and felt safe. We used to live in a big city and are used to the diversity of people, homes, businesses, etc., even if one isn't, I would encourage them to stay here. You're within walking distance of the Farmer's Market (it's fabulous by the way) and Bicentennial Park (which is gorgeous to walk around) and if you're up to waking a bit further, you can walk up the stairs to the State Capitol. There is ample street parking and some behind the home as well depending on which unit is rented. We liked being close to Downtown (about 2 miles) without being stuck in the "busyness" of being right by all the bars and clubs. My only complaint was being woken up at 7:00am on the Sunday that we were there to a VERY LOUD church celebration with music & singing. Some very talented singers but not that early on Sunday morning. We would stay here again if we find ourselves taking another trip down this way. I highly recommend it :)
