Our one bedroom Riverfront Apartment is in a great location. We are very close to downtown (just over a mile!) yet far enough away for you to take a breath and relax right on the river, or take a relaxing dip in the pool on a hot day!

Sleep comfortably in the bedroom on a King size bed or the living room on our Queen size sofa sleeper or Queen sized air mattress. Our kitchen has everything you will need to make yourself at home, whether you just need the microwave or want to cook a full meal! We also have a Keurig single serve coffee maker and supply a few pods to get you going. The home has a cozy living room that is perfect for relaxing and watching our cable tv. There is a community pool that is typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day (depending on weather).

We provide our guests with a door code created specifically for you to have access to the entire unit, so you don`t have to worry about sharing or losing a key!
We will not be on sight, but are local and available any time!

We are located about 1 mile from Broadway, right on the Cumberland River! We are very close to everything you could possibly want to do/see.

Uber/Lyft rides are always available 24hrs a day. You can ride scooters anywhere around the city and of course we have plenty of free parking if you are bringing your own vehicle.

Please note, we ONLY PROVIDE a starter set of any guests amenities. This includes but is not limited to:

2-Toilet paper rolls per bathroom

2- Rolls of paper towels

1- Cleaning sponge

A handful of K cups or small bag of grounds

This property has specific local compliance requirements. Before check-in, guests must complete a signed rental agreement, identity verification, and a $1,000 security hold. The security hold is not a traditional security deposit, it is only a temporary pending authorization on your payment method.
As an optional alternative to the security hold, guests may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver through a third-party provider. The damage waiver is completely optional.

Through the secure guest portal, you can quickly complete your verification, view important property details, access check-in instructions, explore local Nashville recommendations, and take advantage of optional upgrades to enhance your stay.
