This was such a cool place and the location was perfect. The photos did not do it justice! There was so much thought and care put into the design and setup of the space - from the handmade decor to the record wall. We very much enjoyed our stay here and will absolutely return!

Super cute place and very convenient to downtown Nashville. You can hear the people above you, but that didn’t cause any issues.

The property was clean, with a smooth check-in process and a very attentive host. It was conveniently located within a short drive to Broadway. The kitchen and restroom had all necessary amenities, and the bed was very comfy. The house was even more beautiful in person!! The theme design was unique, there was attention to detail throughout the house that made every picture we took have a perfect setting! And the backyard is set up to be an ideal space for a relaxing evening. Overall, we loved our experience and look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Nashville.

We had a great experience the place was really a good place the only issue we had was just the kids and pets that live above they was very loud and stomped on the floor which made it very loud on top of us and that happened every night until 11pm other then that we really enjoyed our stay

Clean apartment, small kitchen would have been nice if there was a toaster oven, or air fryer. Having just the stove top makes making food limited. Host was very respectful and kind, and quick to answer any questions. The driveway was perfect for our rental SUV, the driveway was used only by us, so it made coming and going very easy. Backyard was very cute and well maintained. Would definitely recommend staying here if given the opportunity.

Everything was amazing! Cutest little studio apartment with a decorated fenced yard, very clean and well stocked. Modern with a Spanish flare that I loved. The bed was extremely comfy, sheets were so soft and the pillows were perfect. Host was communicative and helpful and the location felt safe and cozy. I hope I’m able to visit again!

This is a very nice, cozy basement space. It was very clean and well kept and met our needs. My son loved the record player and provided records as well as the games that are provided. The yard was very nice with a fire pit area and grill and had as much privacy as possible from neighbors. The host was very accommodating and understanding of situations with our special needs child. I would certainly consider staying again if I return to the area.

Wonderful, fun basement apartment and backyard, 10 minutes (10 Uber ride) from downtown Nashville. Accommodations were lovely, with everything you'd need on your trip, including laundry (which we didn't use). Unfortunately, we are light and late sleepers, and could hear most of what was going on upstairs beginning early in the morning. Just normal family morning prep (they had a toddler, and I'm sure they were trying to be as quiet as possible). It was super quiet from 10:45 p.m. until 5:45 a.m. We now realize we can't stay in basement apartments anymore because we're too sensitive to noise. If you're a city person, or an early riser, I'd highly recommend this stay. Host was great, parking was right at the backyard entrance, and our cats loved the joint, especially on leash in the backyard.

There were issues, but host solved them

The host responded in a timely manner, and the issues we had weren't things that were within their control. They tried to solve the issues asap, and consistently let me know what was going on with them. They were eventually fixed. So, I would consider staying here again, if we come back to Nashville sometime
