I booked this property for 6 Adults. The house was very well laid out and roomy. The host answered all my questions throughout our stay. The property is located near all the hot spots in Nashville. Close enough for an easy Uber ride but located in a quiet, university neighborhood.

Neighborhood was sketchy but we didn’t feel unsafe. It’s a 13 minute drive to Broadway, and Ubers are easy to get. The sleeping arrangements were fine, bathrooms and kitchen area were functional but not less than we are used to at home. Working with the owner was very easy; great communication. You can’t move the house so it needs to make some upgrades.

We had a great time in music city with our family. It was close in driving distance to all of the action and restaurants. Our host was very prompt in answering any questions.

Great place!

Super cute place! Felt comfortable and safe!! Will need to drive or Uber to broadway but it was very nice and owners were extremely informative. We were not there much but did enjoy our time there and was very comfortable.

Spacious Home

Very nice to have a home to ourselves instead of staying at a hotel. Very roomy. We had 3 adult women and 2.5 bathrooms. Perfect for us! Be prepared to walk some steps but we prefer the bedrooms to be upstairs. House was clean but needs a few cosmetic repairs on the outside. Overall a good property and the host was great to work with.

Trip to Nashville

The inside of the property was beautiful and clean. It was a little difficult to figure out the entrance because it is a 6plex. There are stairs inside the house and all three bedrooms are upstairs. We had senior citizens with us and I worried about the stairs. The location is wonderful and parking in alleyway and marked for your car. Location was wonderful close to Broadway. Owner was amazing. Stairs need to be part of the description please

Great Condo for a Group

Property manager was quick to respond to any questions. He also gives you great recommendations for everything you will want to do in the area. Quick drive and cheap Lyft ride to downtown. Far walk, fyi. The condo was very clean with lots of bedding and towels available. Beds are very comfortable. We would stay again!

Family Holiday Getaway

The home was very nice it was clean and plenty of beds and space. Toiletries were provided in all bathrooms. Nice touch with the Bluetooth fireplace heater. Communication was great.

Great for larger groups

Check in was super simple and the house was beautiful! There was so much room and the house had everything we needed to cook all our meals. Ubers to broadway were so cheap, averaging $10 or less. The host also communicated with us extremely well and was there for everything we needed (even fixed problems before we even asked) absolutely loved it and would definitely stay again.

House was nice inside, other then floor in kitchen and laundry room, it appears they had water damage prior. Neighborhood was a little sketchy. House was quiet and plenty of room for all of us.

Great place for a large group.

The place was large with plenty of space to sleep. The only complaints were both of the exterior stairs had soft spots in them. The other issue was that the air conditioning could not keep the place cool. Great communication with the hosts and were very accommodating.

Had a great time. The townhouse was beautiful. Close to everything. Correspondence was perfect. Response time excellent every step of the way. Only suggestion.... parking was awkward, but once we figured out how to get behind the house, it made sense; maybe only one set of full size. Unknown beds instead of 2 sets. Thank you so much. I'd book again in the future.

Everything was great, the only complaint I have is the stringers on the front steps are rotting and the third step gave way and caused me to fall, luckily without getting hurt.

Great place for a weekend in Nashville

The property was very nice and easily accommodated our group of 6. House was clean and well maintained. Location was good but a bit further away from downtown. Host was amazing. Helped to arrange an early check in and was in frequent communication to ensure everything was perfect. Really enjoyed the experience with them and felt that if there was any issue it would be fixed swiftly. But never need them since the house is well cared for. Could not beat the experience and house for the price. We all felt the house was exactly what we wanted. Would highly recommended

Cleaning a little sketchy - all else great

Everything was great, except we feel more attention could have been paid to cleaning. There was a half full water bottle under the sofa in the bedroom along with washcloths behind the sofa. A washcloth was also left on the floor outside the dryer. Other than that all of our expectations were met!

Absolutely not.

I had the impression this place was family friendly in the pictures because they have a pack-n-play and the interior seemed well-kept and nice. I brought my wife and two kids, (2 y.o. and 2 months) and after the total goat-rope of finding it, (it's a map with hand-drawn lines taking you through a back alley cause google doesn't know where the address is) the neighborhood seemed run down and sketchy and clearly not a great place to be. There's just junk all over around the alley with cars parked with flat tires. The exterior of the place itself is run down. It's a several unit complex, not a standalone place. There is a reason why there are only two exterior pictures and they are extremely blurry and you can't really get a sense of what the place actually looks like. We took a look inside and it took us about 1 minute to realize there wasn't a chance we were staying there and we left immediately. Not a chance. The host did not refund anything so save yourself the trouble and do NOT stay here.

Bachelorette/friends trip

The house was clean and tidy and the property manager was very responsive. The location was close enough to downtown for a quick/cheap Uber ride. Unfortunately, there was an excessive amount of trash/dumped property in the alley/road next to the parking spaces. Not of fault of the property owner since it’s a shared area but not nice to look at. We felt safe and comfortable with the location. Only complaints are that the listing says it sleeps up to 10 people, but it’s not necessarily stocked/set up for 10. There were only 2-3 full size coffee mugs, 4 chairs at the dinning room table, and the living room had a couch that sat 2-3 people, and two accent/small chairs. The living room wasn’t tiny, but the arrangement and furniture wasn’t ideal to sit around and socialize for our group of 6 people. Each bathroom only had one roll of toilet paper. Which wasn’t enough for a house of 6 women, however, when I messaged the property owner asking for more, they were very responsive and dropped more off pretty quickly. There also weren’t any knives in the kitchen so making meals a few times was challenging. The listing also said 2 parking spots would be available but there was only one available at all times. This was fine for us, but if you have a larger group, keep that in mind. Overall the property was nice and the property manager was very nice and great at communicating and checking in with us. We would stay here again.
