The communication with the host was great, the VRBO we booked had a issue and they switched us to another one which was accomidating but was supposedly more expensive which they covered the difference. Here was the issues..The house was not very clean, furniture was cheap and slapped together, bolts loose etc., floor was dirty and paint was horrible in side the house issues everywhere. Shower heads sucked and one shower was missing a curtain lol. Laundry room had stuff just piled up in it. Wifi box was laying in the floor by front door where it could be tripped over. No patio furniture, garage rec space is unfinishedVery little to no effort in presentation or care of the home which wouldn't be a problem if it wasnt so expensive. Honestly would not stay again, however beds were comfy and sheets were clean. Its not horrible but not great for the price.
