While we had some issues with this property, overall, it is a beautiful, modern, convenient place to stay. There were some pretty serious issues with cleanliness on the third floor (trust me you don’t wanna see the photos, but the bathroom had obviously not been properly cleaned in quite a while). The keypad on the front door did not work when we arrived (in the pouring rain and dark, that was not fun). Once we got an answer on how to get in the back door, we were told they could not fix the front door because that option was not available on weekends? However there are many positives to this property. Location is great. Although only one vehicle per Unit is allowed (which could be an issue with a 4 bedroom property if you are meeting friends there) parking is very convenient as well. Amenities here are really nice (comfortable beds and bedding, ceiling fans, modern kitchen, ice maker, plenty of consumable supplies, cool games in unit, washer/dryer, 5 total bathrooms, etc. They need to be a little clearer that there are potential mobility issues with some people (multiple flights of steep stairs) and some very nice looking, but extremely uncomfortable furniture in the living room. Smart TV is huge, but watching it on the low, hard, furniture shouldn’t be your priority here. Overall it’s very nice!
