We had a 4 night stay. We were unable to TURN ON THE HEAT for 3 of those nights. Communication with the "local team" was not as it should have been when we notified the "host" of the heat issue the morning after we arrived. They were to send someone out. It wasn't until 2 text messages & a phone call on the 3rd day before we had ANY communication/response to the heat issue which required a new thermostat. Then, the fridge quit cooling. Fan was replaced but it didn't matter. When we called on Monday morning, I stated to the call center that we should be compensated for the heat inconvenience. Not sure who to speak to about that request. We have stayed in this condo before, under previous ownership...this was very disappointing!!!!
