The property was great! It was a well kept place and very comfortable for six adults. The only compliant we had was that the upstairs balcony was dirty with bird droppings and other debris (cigarette butts). Otherwise the property was great and the host was very easy to work with and very responsive. We would absolutely stay there again.

The Wade was great! The location was perfect. All the amenities exceeded expectations! It was very clean, beds were comfortable, and great wifi. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and offered plenty of extras like towels, kitchen accessories, etc. Would definitely book again with a group of 6-8.....

Birthday Celebration

This place was perfect for my birthday celebration in Nashville! It had more than enough room for 4 couples and a baby! The stairs were a bit of a challenge at times but nothing that deterred from enjoying our stay! The place was very clean but for the floor on the first level which could have used an extra cleaning. The beds were super comfy! The location was perfect for us to attend the Texas/Vandy football game which was a priority for me! It was also a short Uber ride to Broadway and all the fun! Our Host was also great! Responded promptly to all our requests! Would stay again if returned to Nashville!

Well worth it!

The Wade was the perfect combo of close to Broadway and the Nashville downtown scene but also able enjoy a quiet, safe neighborhood that was easy to walk around in! Very clean, well kept, great communication with owner. Highly recommend!

House was exactly as pictured. There were some areas that I would have expected a better level of clean for a rental but overall great. We had an issue with the oven on Thanksgiving day :( No way they could have known if it had not been reported previously. Reached out and fairly quickly received a response on the holiday. Kitchen was stocked with bare minimum for cooking. Little surprised at that, had to run to the store for some disposalable baking pans. Overall great experience, would stay again.

Fabulous Nashville Home!

We had four couples taking in the sites of Nashville. This home really helped make our stay great. There is plenty of space, the beds were SO comfy, the kitchen has everything you might need (I confess, we mostly ate out!), it was very clean and there were plenty of towels. Our group highly recommends this home for your next trip to Nashville!

Great home to explore Nashville

The home was large enough for our group of friends. Four bedrooms with king size beds that are super comfortable. Convenient to 12 South, Edgehill, Hillsborough, Broadway, Vanderbilt and Belmont. We would definitely stay again!

Nashville Concert Trip 2023

From the moment we booked the property, Isabeau (the host) was polite, prompt, and professional with all communication. The property was exactly as listed. The house was clean, very cool (we had a nice heat spell), the beds were comfortable, and the parking was literally right out the front door. We really appreciated having a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor as one of our party broke their foot the week prior to vacation. I would definitely book with this house again!!!

Good location, comfortable beds, and good climate. The floors were swept, but not wet mopped. We dropped an item that rolled under the couch; obviously the cleaner never moves the furniture to clean. The kitchen was stocked to a very minimal degree. Lids for pots and pans, cooking utensils and adding a new frying pan or two would be helpful to those who plan to cook some days. The oven was definitely inefficient. It did not heat so we had to use the broiler to make it hot enough. We were impressed by the city and its’ cleanliness and ease to get from place to place. The house overall was a great place for 3-4 couples to reunite together in a great area.

Just what we were looking for

Isabeau was amazing. The property was just what we needed. It was a little off Broadway but just a short ride in our rental car or Uber. We used the downstairs for the young girls as it has a couch and table area for them plus the bedroom and bathroom. They loved having their own space. The kitchen was spacious. We would have liked a few more staples but we managed. The top floors bedrooms were great. The beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever had in a VRBO. The host was accommodating with early check in and late check out. The fee was a bit high but we were willing to pay it due to flight times. Isabeau even sent us some local cookies for our daughter’s birthday which was so sweet. I should have paid more attention to the stair situation as my mom is on oxygen and struggled but that was just my inattention to detail. Getting heavy suitcases up the stairs was hard but we managed. Overall an amazing stay. I would stay here again!

Was in town for a long weekend in town, went to concert at Nissan stadium & spent a lot of time on broadway which was an easy Uber ride away. The home was in clean, quiet neighborhood. Great coffee shop right around the corner. Would highly recommend this property.
